At the end of the car wash there is a drying station with two guys waiting and I pulled up to see if this was included and the guy was extremely rude. I asked if this was included I was planning on tipping and his answer was how much did you pay today and we usually don't do this but.. I didn't even let him finish. I felt so uncomfortable like I'm just a new customer trying to get answers. Never going back.

I brought my very dirty, 15-year-old bucket seat in for cleaning. They did a GREAT job; it looks like new! I be happier!

Can I give it a zero? This place charged me $8.00 for a basic wash. It did not remove remove any of the dirt on my car and also did not rinse off the soap. My car looks worse than it did before. I complained to the guy working there and he claimed "That's what you get for a basic wash." My car didn't get washed. It got spit on and not even rinsed. I'm filing a BBB complaint and I want my money back since I will have to go somewhere else for a wash.

Manager talks to his employees in the drive thru where the automated gates are. I'm a customer waiting to get my car washed and I had to wait 10 minutes for them to finish there conversation.

First time using this company. Everything was going well. The car looked complete from a distance.Several washed came and went. I noticed one car stopped near the cleaning men. A man got out and the guy cleaning my car stopped my service to help another customer/friend dry his car and polish to rims. I found this odd and asked what was going on. The cleaner said nothing. He went back to my car and did something more and then told me he was done. I said a few more things to the guy. He said nothing. Disappointed I got into my car and drove home. I looked over the work completed and noticed water spots on the glass. I paid for the highest service. It was devoid of quality customer service.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

So I went to the Warner and Alma School location today for the very first time. The first thing I noticed is the people are very friendly. However, as I was going through the automatic wash I heard a loud noise in front of my windshield as the flaps came down and were moving around, but I couldn't see what was going on through the flaps. Turns out that they took my wiper blades right off my windshield wiper arms! One was still stuck underneath the wiper arm but the other one is totally missing! I didn't realize this until I got home . If I didn't already need new wiper blades I would be very upset about this. The other thing that I noticed and was not very happy about was that there is neither compressed air nor drying Rags for after your wash.(I read the sign about making sure your windshield wipers are off and I never turned them on so I'm not quite sure how this happened. It never has before.)

I have had a full service membership at this car wash for many years. I was not aware that I was being double billed every month, for two years, until this past Saturday. I have a video of the "manager" showing me my billing history on his computer, although I don't believe he knew I was recording.He said there was nothing he could do for me as they "do not keep that kind of money on hand", but that I should call corporate so that they can help. I was not upset - we all make mistakes. I called corporate today (two days later) to discuss a resolution and was told quite blatantly by a customer service rep (Kristen) that, "there is nothing we can do for you, sorry". Now I am upset. I am curious as to whether or not this was done intentionally, and how many more people they are doing this too. the amount I was overcharged was just over $1,000 - I will get it back one way or another.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Price showed $20.00 but when I gave the attendant $20 he advised me the price went up to $24.00. If you are going to up prices you really need to advise your customers. After my car wa washed and drove out I realized my windows were oily

Not a bad car wash. Friendly and attentive staff. Only issue is and a big one is that I run a business where sometimes cars have to be washed last minute and this place doesn't follow their own hours. I've gone many times during "open" hours and it's closed. Id go somewhere else if this location wasn't so convenient.

I have a monthly plan with raceway and always go to this location! Everyone is always friendly, especially Rick who goes above and beyond!! He takes the time to really scrub the front of your vehicle to get those nasty bugs off! Thank you Rick for being awesome at what you do!?
