Rented a couch on Saturday. Did all paperwork. Said they would be here on a Monday 1:30pm. Called at 2pm said they would be here soon. Called at 4pm said they would be here in 30 min. Called an hour later and said they needed more paperwork?! I'm assuming they lost it. Not professional at all. Spoke with Carlos and nothing was accomplished. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time here.

Be aware, this store provides conflict information and refuses to communicate. I called the store 1 day before the next payment date to pick up the rental and cancel the next payment. They told me they would cancel the payment and would pick up the rental later in that date and would give me a call to confirm. No one showed up, no call received and no payment cancellation. Later, I called them for the payment refund and the guy said he would let his manager to give me a callback, no callback received… in a couple of days, I called them again, the manager said I could not receive a refund because the pick up date was after the payment date. Seriously? They missed the pick up date they promised and then accused the customer, is this a fraud? The manager said there is a policy written on the contract to inform the store at least 3 days before the payment and would send the contract to me. I did not receive the contract and called them again, a guy said the manager would give me a callback shortly, no callback happened at all. RAC, if you noticed this message by any chance, please learn how to treat your customers with honesty and integrity. When you say you are gonna cancel the payment, please do; when you say you are gonna deliver or pick up the rental, please do; when you say you are gonna callback, please do.

Went in the Store Wednesday November 18 2023. Paid for the first full month for a Dinning set and wash was told was gonna be delivered on 11/16/23 nothing then was told 11/17/23 still nothing called 11/18/23 was told that his driver went home sick and was gonna see if another store can come deliver. It's 3pm still haven't heard anything back. I'll just request for my REFUND. Maybe they should just close the store if No one wants to work.

This place is crazy and not in a good way we rented furniture and they was supposed to be at my home at 4pm to 6pm they did not arrive until 10pm that was mind boggling to me who delivers furniture at 10pm? Then the order was wrong so and incomplete so I sent them away as it was 10pm and my children was tired so the next day they arrive and once again the order was incomplete so they say they have to get the rest they’d be back in an hour well that was at 11am and her it is 9pm and they haven’t came back yet when I called they guy had a bad attitude talking to me like I’m wrong because I want my furniture to be delivered not at midnight this place don’t answer the phone when I called the main office left a message and no call back I will never use them again and suggest you don’t as well

Seriously thought about picking up some furniture today, and was greeted by a wonderful young lady. She was personable, and knew what she was talking about. The manager on the other hand, was very rude! She cost the store my sell. She was Dismissive, and kept yelling out answers before the young lady could ask. "No!" Even with two deliver drivers she said, I had to wait for next week for delivery. That woman should leave the communication to the customers to here staff. That woman has no business talking to customers! If you wanna talk to a hateful acting "B" person, ask for the manager!. Don't waste you money at this location!
