Rosati's has been our go to place for pizza delivery. The customer service is great, they are friendly and make sure you order is accurate. What sets them apart from all the other pizza home delivery businesses is the sauce and seasoning. We prefer thin cut and it is crispy, wow, what a treat. Good pizza and customer service from one place.

Negative 5 stars Ordered a sausage and black olive pizza and was sent a pepperoni and black olive pizza.... No biggie I thought so I called them to explain what happened and request the pizza we ordered. Even offered to send back the incorrect pizza but they declined (understandable) I sat on hold a long time and finally the person I was speaking to returned and offered to remake the pizza AT MY COST?! I asked how this was any different than sending the pizza back if we dinned in.... Jill "the manager" then so kindly offered a 20% discount for them to remake the pizza I had already paid for! Worst spoken "manager" I've ran into in a long time. Won't be ordering here again!

Ordered via GrubHub...arrived over 30 minutes lates (Rosati's delivers their own orders) and multiple missing items. One family member didn't get anything they ordered. The onion rings are greasy and soggy. The thick pizza dough was under cooked. Will not order again.

They have the best pizza again. Had some issues when they first opened under new management but all is good now. Thanks for bringing the old receipt back.

Rosati's on Gilbert and Queen Creek is fantastic! Ordered a thin crust pizza with extra Jalapenos, onions sausage, mushroom and black olives light on the cheese and extra sauce. They got it PERFECT! The crust was crisp as well. The workers and always outgoing and energetic. I seem to always order on my way home and pick it up. When they state the time for pick up its always on the mark. I have never had to wait for my order and it is always Hot!

I'm so glad we finally tried this out. They have the best thin crust pizza. We came in on a Sat night. The dinning room was empty but I noticed they stayed consistently busy with take out. I also wanted to mention how kind and friendly their employees are.

Worst customer service we've experienced at a restaurant ever!! This was our first time visiting Rosati's, and unfortunately probably our last. Usually we're not picky about pizza but when you bring out an entirely different one than we order, it's a bit upsetting. Then management literally does nothing to justify the situation we left only eating 2 slices and the remaining pizza on the table. The manager, Jill didn't even offer to remake our pizza for us or give us a refund for their error.

Disgusting food handling practices, managers that don't care about their customers, and always late. Remember those things about this location. I have been eating rosaties pizza for more than 10 years across many states. In the past, they have always had great customer service and good food. However, this specific location is horrible. They have the kitchen tucked away so that the preparation of your pizza isn't visible. If you look through the little slither of space behind the door, you will see them back there making your pizza with no gloves, wiping their noses, sitting on countertops etc..even during Covid times. In addition to this, the manager doesn't have any urge to lead with the customers best interest in mind. There is no customer focused approach to managing this location. This is proven time and time again. Yesterday I clicked the "order again" button on the Google search result to order pizza for my 3 year old, and paid through Google pay. The default order processor was slice, which I don't have an account with and only use because it defaults this way. I have done hundreds of orders in the same manner. I got a text message from rosaties stating that my pizza wouldn't be ready for an hour. I texted back and cancelled the order and received confirmation. The next day I realize there is a voicemail stating that they made the pizza wnd took the money from my account. I called the place now asking for refund or the pizza. The MANAGER states that he won't be doing a refund or making a pizza. He suggested I call slice and try and get a refund. I'd the manager cared about the customers, it wouldn't be a problem to do either. This is just an example of what you are in for with this place. Sometimes they make pasta that isn't even suitable for dogs and refuse to give refunds because the delivery was accepted. Point is They are horrible don't care about their customers, and are unclean.

I'm Chicago born and bred. I live in CA. and have only had decent pizza. I'm in AZ. visiting family and my brother recommended Rosati's in Chandler. 1st off, hat tip to Austin. He saw to our every need with a smile. The pizza was awesome. So good. It felt like home. I'm not sure if CA is aware that Fennel in Sausage makes it better. Note to Andy Sidell (GM of Rosati's AZ) take care of Austin, he is a valuable employee. If you're from Chicago and live in the Chandler area, do yourself a favor and go here for pizza. You will not regret it. I gotta try their Italian Beef before I leave

I have been ordering pizza here for at least 4 years now and noticed something has recently changed. The pizza looks the same, but the taste is different in a negative way and the cheese is now low quality. Not sure why these changes were made because it was great before! Now I'll be going to Vito's or Vero (formerly Buddyz) for my pizza fix!

BEWARE!!! Rosati's pizza prices are deceptive, bait and switch and false advertisement. The prices on Rosati's website is NOT what they charge when you pick up at their restaurant location. See attached pictures of the different prices. I was confused when the price was higher when I picked it up so I asked for the Manager to honor the website price. He refused to make the price adjustment because their was a price increase. You would think that keeping a long time customer was worth a $3.95 adjustment. So exam your receipt closely if you decide to patronize Rosati' Pizza, a company that practice false advertisement.

If you're from Chicago, be prepared to be dissappointed. The pizza is undercooked, sauce is watery and the crust is gooey. So dissappointing.

Great food! Poor customer service and bad management. We placed an order with Uber Eats and items were missing from the order. I called the store and they don't seem to care in the slightest. No options to resolve the problem even though it was 100% their fault... NOT Uber's. There are many ways to keep a regular customer happy but the manager obviously does not know any of them. I have been picking up food from Rosati's for a long time but poor customer service leads me to start going elsewhere. I just noticed all of the bad reviews and I now understand why.
