I've come here three times now for various reasons. Each and every time the service was fast, honest, and reasonable.First I had problems starting my truck and Luis diagnosed the problem, reported the issue, and replaced my starter motor with a warrantied part.Next I had a problem with my AC blower fan which Luis also dealt with quickly. Replacing exactly what was needed.Most recently I was having problems starting my truck again. Thinking it was the starter, I brought it in for diagnosis and a possible replacement. Luis spent time looking for a problem and wasn't able to find anything. The problem had disappeared as sometimes they do. He charged me nothing for his time spent testing my battery, alternator, and starter.Luis is fast, honest, and reasonable. End of story. Cannot recommend him enough.

We were referred to this shop years ago and we are constantly referring this shop to others who are looking for an amazing company to properly fix your car. The mechanic is honest, trustworthy and knows exactly how to fix any repairs correctly the first time. We have brought all 4 of our vehicles over the years to have major and minor work done. They are fast, reliable and respect each car as if it is their own. The mechanic is Awesome. He even put back together a vehicle of ours another mechanic friend of ours at the time basically took our vehicle apart like a jigsaw puzzle and didn't know how to put it back together, so we had it towed to Roussell's Auto Repair with parts in boxes the took over the front seat, back seat and trunk area and within 2 weeks, our disassembled vehicle was completely put back together and in better running condition than before. We were so impressed!!! This shop has our lifetime business and I can assure you all you need to do is use them once and you too will be a lifetime customer and will be telling your own family and friends about this business. Absolutely 100% DO NOT purchase from this dealership. WARNING. Terrible customer service terrible experience. Sold me a faulty overpriced car. Repairs took 3X longer than originally expect. Regret this purchase 100%. Will advice anyone from buying from here. Terrible experience

Carizona adds a non-mandatory dealer '$399 Processing Fee'. When I called, they stated that they don't add extra fees. The taxes, title, registration, DOC fee are all standard at every dealership. BUT the bogus processing fee is extra charge of $399. I wanted that fee removed and the car was a fair deal. Doug is not a good sales person, he stated it was best price for the car, and that the fee was mandatory. After you add the $399 charge it was the same deal as everywhere else. Very unintelligent conversation explaining to him to that's a bogus charge, to drop price of car by that much and you can have your 'processing fee'. Waste of time, no kidding I lost car deal over $399 bogus fee, that probably affects the sales person bottom line. Unjustified $399, I specifically asked about the extra fees besides what's mandatory. Over the phone they said they do not add additional non mandatory charges. I wouldn't have came down. Avoid Doug he is of no help. I was paying in cash and serious buyer, was happy about the price, what we spoke about. I seen the car and then the paper was brought out with what they told me they don't do. Extra fees. Very unsympathetic to the situation and unhelpful, they should tell the truth when asked SPECIFICALLY about those fees

They sold me a car that needed a new compressor, belts and hoses. This totaled 1200.00. Refused to accept responsibility or pay for repairs. Their website says they do a "rigorous" inspection of all vehicles however they clearly do not repair anything after the inspection. Cesar in service department has no communication or customer service skills.

avoid this lousy slum dealership Car shopping for my nephews birthday. We found a car online, confirmed available still. Showed up. Once arriving and telling them the car we wanted:- we waited an hour. - kid (maybe 22 years old and zero experience) told us the cars here and walked 5 of us outside. - there was no car there and the kid left us standing there. - cars brought finally. - they had to jump start it. - ac is broken because they need to "charge it" Came back from test drive asked for CARFAX. - multiple accidents. - ask the inexperienced kid is there room to negotiate. - he goes back and comes out multiple times w zero answers. - he goes back again we follow him and he's taking notes from some sloppy white old man on what to say to us. We say call us back when they get info so we can buy and go to dinner. - no call we called the kid back multiple times before closing and he kept apologizing. Saying he would call us. He also stated they weren't even busy. - no call and they're closed. Following day figure they follow up with us. - no calls , we call them as we are buying immediately. - guy texts us back and the car that was $6400 we asked to negotiate on, is now $9200 LMFAO. Don't waste your time w incompetent sales folks. We had cash in hand zero financing as we explained to them multiple times just wanted a price. I've never met salespeople not making any sales acting so passive and not hounding us for money. Anyways others have reviewed receiving cars that broken down after purchase ( our vehicle of interest broke down before they could offer it for a test drive lmfao )Gods plan.

Worst customer service ever. We walked in ready to pay for a car but it took them over an hour to get us the car to just test drive. After that we wanted to speak to a salesman to purchase the car but they had us talk to a trainee who went back and forth to the salesman. We eventually left and were promised a call back, that never happened. The next day we contacted them and they had raised the price of the car. The car also had to be jump started to test drive and has no working AC.
