I've worked with this pharmacy for years with no issue when transferring scripts to them from Walgreens. Yesterday I encountered a new pharmacist who talked over my request with her course of action and gathering of info when I specifically requested the opposite of what she proposed. I called today for script status and was told she was unable to get thru to Walgreen's, funny I got thru on all 3 occasions I tried on her behalf. I called her back to offer specific prompts and again she spoke over me stating to go to her manager and hung up. EXTREME poor communication, skills, lack of customer service skills, defensive and completely irresponsible behavior in this in of work! We'll see if her manager does call me back.

Angie, the Pharm Manager was very kind and very considerate of me when asking for a vacation refill on a certain drug I was taking. Kind person! Thanks

I’m surprised at the negative reviews on here. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for over 3 years and I’ve never received anything less than quality service. They remember my name and offer assistance every time I ask (or don’t even ask) a question. Would recommend this location to family and friends!

My husband and I have been customers of this pharmacy for years. We are eligible to receive medications with no co-pay, but we elect to rely on private insurance and pay the co-pays so that we can continue the personalized and efficient service we receive here. Whether we are going on vacation, have questions about a medication, or have an unusual need, we can always count on the pharmacy staff to go out of their way to assist.

Stopped in while my son was waiting in the emergency room at a nearby hospital. Had to use the restroom. They sure needed some attention and probably a little tlc too as things appeared to be falling apart. Looked around for a little bit while I was there. Had a pretty good selection of stuff but prices were a little high. Bought some Cheetos to munch on while waiting on my son. Had to buy 3 in order to get them for 1.97 plus have a Safeway card. If places are going to have a sale, just mark everything at sale prices instead of making people sign up for cards. Hate when places do that. Checked out then saw the lottery machine at end of register so decided I'd get a couple. Never used the machine before and wanted to use cash but after doing my selection it didn't give me the option for cash, so tried my card and it kept asking me if I wanted a duplicate. I'm thinking a duplicate of what? I didn't a duplicate lottery ticket if that's what it meant so I hit cancel and asked for someone to help me. The girl at the end of self checkout said she couldn't help me and had to stay there. Well she should of called someone over to help then. Finally the guy waiting behind me said you could put cash in at the checkout even though it doesn't say you can. Tried that and it worked. People need to stop and help and not brush everyone off.

This is a review specifically for their pick up service. The shopper named Braedon is unbelievable. I've yet to meet him but he will even give you a call regarding a substitution. I hope he is appreciated because in this day and age it is hard to get this level of service!

I have gotten milk now 3 times and they have been expired , I understand I should have checked the date first before purchasing. But the fact that it's happen 3 times in a row and the milk was already over a month old blows my mind. Why stock old milk?

This location is terrible. Almost every time I ask for help with the location of a product, they can't tell me where it is at. So i end up wandering around and looking for it by myself. I usually only buy a few things at a time, and they are always out of at least one of the items. I shop in the evenings which apparently doesn't work well for this location. Step it up guys, the service that safeway is supposed to offer makes up for the higher costs than your local competition.

This Safeway was pretty large, has a Starbucks, and the florist section has SOOO many arrangements and price options for those flowers! I mainly am reviewing this location for their florist department. BEAUTIFUL fresh arrangements and so many options from Lillys to bright pink roses! I always go to VONS/SAFEWAY for flowers and little gift. Trust me and go to SAFEWAY for your bouquet and arrangement needs! :-)

The Pharmacy gal, Angie, at Chandler And Alma is very rude, short, and unfriendly with customers. Must dislike her job. Won't consider moving my prescriptions here based on her unfriendly attitude. Made appointment for booster shot. Only one I in waiting area.... Waiting and waiting and waiting. May want to try some other location. Decided not to purchase the few grocery's I was planning to buy tonight either.
