Visited this location for the first time today. The store was very clean and well stocked, however both the woman who checked us out and the man who checked the receipt at the door were very condescending and rude. The older woman in the checkout line with brown hair made it very clear she wasn't happy about us having 2 separate transactions and made a snide comment on if we changed our minds when she didn't see the divider we had placed on the lane. The old man with gray hair checking receipts at the door wearing a blue baseball jersey was fine until he commented that we made his job harder by not putting our items in the cart with the barcode facing up (no one has ever told us this is something we should do). We had also placed a cup on the cart that we took out as he was scanning because we had full hands with our toddler and he made another comment about how putting the cup on the cart slowed him down and he felt bad for the people behind us. Very unwelcoming and felt like I was being scolded. The workers in the cafe were lovely though!

Standard Sam's Club experience. First time visiting this particular store, but found it clean and well maintained. I use the scan and go so didn't have a need or opportunity to engage with any employees other than the one who verifies your receipt at the exit and she was fine. It's a busy time of year so she did her thing and said thank you without any small talk, which is just fine with me.

I would like to thank Xavier, who apparently is some wannabe new manager they hired who felt it's a good use of his time to follow me 200 yards through the store and ask me if I had a membership while I was shopping all the way in the back by produce... When I showed him, I was using scan and go, which obviously means I'm a member. He still stood there, harassing me until I finished my shopping, checked out in front of him and showed him my QR code, and he still wouldn't leave me alone. I literally had to ask for another manager, because he wouldn't leave me alone and kept following me even after I paid. Demeaning experience, and he did it the whole time with a shit eating grin on his face. horribly condescending and rude...some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life and I've been a business member here for 14 years. It's almost like he was completely completely clueless. How to deal with a situation that required no interaction whatsoever. What's the point of scan and go if you're going to have managers harassing members of 1.5 decades for their membership, and when they produce it to you still won't leave them alone... Grab a clue. I will be speaking to the manager, Michael Ransdell in a couple days because apparently he won't be in the office Wednesday, November 29, 2023.

DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCE FROM SAMS CLUB THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL. We reported the damage within the 90 day return policy. However they are not taking responsibility for damage delivery claiming no affiliation to delivery company. We purchased from SamsClub and they set up delivery in which we had no control over. Now they are saying it has nothing to do with them. We did not purchase from delivery company, Our purchase was through Sams Club. So we have been completely RIPPED OFF BY SAMS CLUB

Great meat selection, never had a bad cut of meat. Fruits and vegetables are always fresh and delicious. Lots of great options, sometimes you just need to look!! Love that they deliver dry goods to your home.

Gas station is busy! Tip: use the oppose side of the pump - the hose is long enough to reach. Today we were just stopping for gas and a car wash. But it's one of our favorite stores. Always clean and well stocked.

Typical big box store, if you are buying in quantity this is the place for you, gas prices can't be beat.

I had a return today and Nicholas was my cashier. He told me that my account was under my husband, it isn't! I opened it and added my husband a year later. I wanted to change my email because it is a very old aol account. He wouldn't let me because he said it was my husband's account! It isn't, super sexist! Won't be going there again!

Sam's Club in my opinion was the most impressive business operation throughout the Covid era. Mobile checkout, curbside pickup, and even early access hours for plus members. I am very pleased that they have decided to keep all of these benefits, as they are wonderful for the customer.Although the lines at the gas station can be long, it is for good reason. Great price ms typically on gas, and using the mobile app to pay makes it very fast and efficient.Thank you Sam's! We will continue our loyalty to your business for continuing to innovate and impress.

Stopped by to grab a couple of things. The store was very busy, but was still clean and employes were still chipper. I needed a couple of pies, they were out of pumkins pies, but of course that was expected. They had other choices for me. I purchased somethings that I was not there for and didn't know I needed.

Sam's Club will not give you a full 12 month renewal if you are not on their auto renew program. I called and customer service said it's their policy to base the renewal on the original date not when you pay it. My original renewal was early November and I paid it in mid Dec last year so they were trying to steal almost 6 weeks of membership time. If you have auto renewal off for cash flow purposes it's better to get a new membership than renewing it. Or better yet have a household member sign up for a new membership at $20 and go with them instead of renewing for $50.

Susan and April were at the register when I checked out. They were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They make visiting Sams club a pleasure.

Cafe staff is amazing, fast and ready to go!!! Got my food fresh and ready in no time, gets busy on the weekends but they do there job great!!
