My daughter and I signed up for volunteer training at the Petsmart in Chandler office German rd. A group of volunteers were turned away because no trainer showed up. Then she had the audacity to ask if we could return next week. This is after we both received 3 email reminders of the training which didn't happen.
Very unprofessional. This trainer went on to say that they are all volunteers and have busy full time jobs. Boo Boo. We all have busy lives. Stop sending out automatic emails. Get it together. I won't go back. My time is important too.

Signed up for an in person training at Petsmart for volunteering. I arrived on time and another volunteer was working. Right at the time training was supposed to start, I was told by a volunteer working that they weren't aware anyone had signed up for training. There were 4 of us waiting for training. I also received 3 email reminders leading up to the training. Was told to go home and reschedule. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

We went to Kitty Pause Kitty Cafe to adopt. Found the perfect cat. Applied on line, as required, only to be told the cat we want needs a feline companion!! Not one word about it as we met him in the cafe and spoke with staff of his availability!!
Mom was heart broken. Already vulnerable putting her heart into this process, then duped by these people!!
We went there in good faith to adopt a cat, and this is how they do business??
Mom recently lost her little Yorkie, of 14 years; a coyote grabbed her and ran off with her. Devastating!!
She wants life in her home and thought a house cat would be an option since it wouldn't have to go outside like the dog.
Then this deceptive way of adoption occurred. Ugh!!

This rescue group and volunteers are truly dedicated to saving the lives of the animals lucky enough to be in their care. Thanks to Jeanne and Connie, I adopted a beautiful cat named Willow. We have very quickly bonded and realized how much we needed each other. I had such a wonderful experience and will always be grateful. ??

I am indebted to Patrick. Thru him, my cat Mieski received a diagnosis and treatment that saved her life. Patrick found a vet, provided our transportation to the vet, and thru him, Saving One Life paid for the vet bills. I never would have been able to afford this. Thank you so much Patrick, and thank you Saving One Life.

I am very, very happy that I found my long-haired Russian Blue (aka a Nebelung, Ava 5 years ago. I have sought different methods in many different ways to donate money to Saving One Life Animal Rescue in Tempe and 8 months or more later, I still haven't had anyone contact me about accepting donations!! I want to thank them for finding my sweet little Ava for me but I have been unable to for quite some time now. I have sent emails to Carrie Nierdorf and have EVER received one reply. I've told many their volunteers that I'd like to donate to Saving One Life and again, nothing. I guess they don't need any donations so I'll keep sending my money to other states. I think it's pretty said that this local animal rescue doesn't want any local donations. Pretty sad I can't keep our money local and are paying for 7 shelters outside of Phoenix, Arizona.

I have adopted three cats from Saving OneLife it was the best money I ever spent. They are wonderful. Their foster parents did a wonderful job socializing them. My husband is a foster parent now to 6 adorable kittens and it is a lot of work. I alway donate each month to this wonderful organization.

Their way of doing wings kind of growing on me. The revamped menu is good with pretty tasty burgers and decent apps. Atmosphere, service, and drinks are why people come.

Lying to customers. We had adopted two cats. Had issues with one and was told numerous times if something like that happened and was no fault of our own that we'd get a refund. Not only did they delay in responding about the other cats records to get back to us, I'm then told a refund isn't possible and not their thing. It even says in their paperwork about refunds, but never the less I don't like to give companies that lie to people a good review. Not the best on their part. Plus we were supposed to get their food and both times we showed up they never gave it to us. Thanks for all that! Great way to start the rehome!

She gave us what was a crate trained, extremely happy dog Come to find out this is a severely abused dog that growls at adults and children. We've given him lots of love but I can't allow the aggressive behavior towards the children. I just want to find the dog a new home but April refuses to answer phone calls and doesn't respond to text messages. I think she is running a kennel for hire and let's someone at her home abuse the animals.

This is an amazing rescue! Every single staff member and volunteer we met/worked with was lovely and all the cats we interacted with were so well taken care of and well adjusted. The whole process of applying and bringing home the kitty took less than a week and they helped pair us with the sweetest and most perfect fit for our family. They also recommended an amazing vet on his health record paperwork. We absolutely adore our new kitty and will totally be back to adopt more cats in the future!
