Got there at 11:15 and was told it would be 20 minutes. Then after being there for an hour and a 40 minutes , I was told the MRI machine was down and they couldn’t get back up. Each time I checked status they did not say anything about the machine being down just that it would be about 15 to 20 more minutes.

Come here if you want to just sit around and never be seen. I had an appointment at 9 am. I left at 10:45 when they still hadn’t called me back. They just kept saying “you’re next”…well 7 people later and I was never “next”. Go somewhere else.

I was in a LOT of pain and they were very patient and kind and did not rush me trying to get through to the process.

Waited over 1 hour for them to tell me they don't have something (ball) for xray requested. Could have shared that info 10 to 15 minutes in. Wish we could charge these offices for our time.

A few days before Christmas when the bills started piling up, I asked what I could do? SimonMed told me the last bill was in "error" and I no longer needed to pay... Truly a miracle to end the year....End of January, bill is back, and I am told to disregard the past employee's words and pay the bill. I even have a voice recording of them saying not to pay, but they didn't care. Merry Christmas...
