The technician I had was super. She was kind, courteous, and professional. She told me what she would be doing with the CT Scan and that made me comfortable. The lady that checked me in was kind, courteous and professional. This was at Dobson & Frye Rd, Chandler. Monday, September 1. Thank you.

No headphones just earplugs that didn’t work for the MRI tech couldn’t find a vein so no contrast and lots of trouble getting off the bench. My back was so bad tech wouldn’t help much never going back.

The front desk lady was nice but she could be a little more acknowledging when patient enters the building like a welcoming hi. MRI was flawless. Nothing to complain about except it is not comfortable to lay down on that plank and walk out with a soar back but it is no fault to SimonMed .

I was required to provide $250 payment to SM yesterday prior to them performing the CT Scan. Most providers bill the insurance, then if after my insurance provider pays them and determines I owe money, the provider will then bill me. I am to understand that SM was approved, so I would think since they are contracted to my medicare provider, they are guaranteed to be paid their contracted price. I will likely recommend to my medical providers that we use Banner or another imaging company in the future.

The receptionist was rude and loud and all other patients heard your personal information.The environment was chaotic and unsanitary. I will never have any diagnostics done there again.

I read reviews and I copied this one from Erika Pledge. My experience was exactly the same and she said it so well.
“I loved the lady who did my CT Scan, and i don’t usually leave feedback, but I will say I wasn’t a fan of the front desk receptionist, she was not acknowledging guests that walked in until they said “Hi” then she with a dry tone said “hi” back. Otherwise they stood there until she decided to look up. She could definitely use some customer service training, and maybe act like she liked to be there, just not very friendly at all, for a face of the front desk!!”
