This hotel may be the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in, and that’s saying something as I travel for a living. The room furniture is trashed, mattresses are worn out, and the 1st floor hallway smells like there is a sewer leak (right where they prepare the free breakfast in the morning). Won’t be staying here again.

The location is great. We loved being around so many stores and restaurants. The service at the front desk was friendly. The breakfast was pretty typical of what you would find at a hotel breakfast.
Our room was not very clean, and we really disliked the setup. We had some downtime in the room and wanted to watch some TV, but it is in such an awkward spot and the TV is so small, that it made it uncomfortable. Overall it was a decent experience, but just felt a little old and worn down.

This hotel only offers housekeeping every other day. Consequently, if you are only staying 1 or 2 nights, it's fine because you won't even see them, your room won't be cleaned until you leave. But if you are staying 5 days like we did, forget it, as housekeeping is abysmal. That really put a damper on our visit.
Rooms: King suite had a very awkward setup, long and narrow. But we really liked that the shower & toilet were behind a door, separate from the sink, so 2 people can get ready at same time.
Nearby activities: Location was great, anything you could need is either walking distance or a very short drive.
Food and drinks: The breakfast was really good every morning, waffles were the bomb.
Noteworthy details: If it weren't for the dreadful housekeeping, I would give this hotel 5 stars.

Rooms are nice, but tv is not in living room area or bedroom, it's in between the two, so you don't see it that well due to the distance from bed and couch,
Rooms: Rooms are nice and spacious, but tv position is awkward.
Nearby activities: Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

It was the closest hotel to my father's medical appointments. We were disappointed to see some areas that were not cleaned properly, and there was old and torn bedding. I have worked in the hospitality industry and our leaders always ensured the guests had very clean areas to rest and relax.
The location is close to stores and restaurants which worked well when we needed toiletries and food.

Incredible prices and great stay. A perfect and convenient place if you are passing by Phoenix. Breakfast was included and surprisingly good and abundant. We will be back. Thanks!

Stayed here for five nights in two adjoining rooms while our a/c was out. All staff members were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and there were plenty of great breakfast options. Pet friendly.

The location was perfect, lots of restaurants everywhere. There was no charge for parking when we stayed. The hotel was nice, beautiful and nice views. I will definitely stay again.

Great hotel in a good location. Restaurants and Walmart within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

This hotel is perfectly situated near plenty of dining and shopping options, making it super convenient. The rooms are spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast selection. Overall, highly recommended!
