Poor customer service! I ordered a new phone on the website and went in to pick it up. I expected someone to help me set up the new phone, since the email I got told me to back up everything on my old phone before I went in. But no one asked or offered, and there were at least 3 employees doing nothing. The box with the new phone was just laid on the table while I was standing there, and the person who worked there took a seat and thanked me.

Talk about a scam! T-Mobile takes my money for an entire month of service when they knew damn well I cancelled my account the previous month. The only reason I paid them for the month was to avoid credit report issue or collections. Needless to say I get a credit in the mail stating they owe me $60.12. I then take time out of my day to go back up to the same store that took my money to get my credit back and the same lady was there however quick to tell me that I'd need to call T-Mobile. She didn't once say how are you? How can I help you? She was quick to send me on my way.After waiting on hold for over 45 minutes I find out that I can't get my credit back without a pin number that never existed due to the Sprint - T-Mobile merger.T-Mobile is a scam and the store in Chandler sucks so bad I'd never send my worst enemy there. They can keep my money as long as I never have to see there dirty store or mail flooding my mailbox begging me to come back.Furthermore, as a former loan officer, I can't begin to tell everyone how many times I'd have an innocent customer with negative credit due to T-Mobile failing to pay off their existing phone. Matter of fact I watched this very issue happen while I was in T-Mobile a couple months prior. In other words don't fall for their marketing, they never pay off the existing phones . Unfortunately the unexpected customer ends up getting hammered on their credit report for failing to pay their previous providers phone costs. T-Mobile will never face the music for the broader scene of screwing over the very same people that power their over-priced fake 5G network.At the end of the day T-Mobile is a monopoly and this world would be better off with a company that focuses on the customer and not the bottom line. NEVER AGAIN will I give my money to a company that promotes woke, anti American causes.I will see you T-Mobile Chandler in court!

I had to have my phone replaced and Amanda was amazing! She was so kind and helpful and got everything set up on my new phone for me! Great customer service! I feel comfortable coming back any time if I need help.

HORRIBLE!! Came here to replace my old phone and girl helping me reassured me she was transferring all my pictures and apps. SHE DELETED EVERYTHING!! I asked her to make sure it was uploading and she was yes yes look yes. But nothing was transferred. She deleted years of photos that I will never get back.

Terrible customer service. Waited for over an hour just to be told that they cannot help me and to call customer service. I’ve been T-mobile customer for over 10 years and Would not waste your time at this place.

Arrived at 10 am manager let me in the door asked what was wrong with phone fixed the phone in 5min all done.everything good with this store.

Amanda Quiroz is very good at her job with years of experience. She moved my service to T Mobile, ported my number and moved my information from old to new phone. She answered all of my d*** questions (65 years old) and explained everything I needed to know about my phone and T Mobile services. I will be back, good store, people and management.

I had an amazing experience at this location! Tara and her team help resolve an issue quickly and painlessly. I was in and out of the store in under 20 minutes. I couldn’t have been more happy or appreciative.
