This store is the worst place I've ever been to. It has taken me 3 weeks to get my phone up and running like the trade-in that I had. Look out Verizon here I come.

I came in a few days ago with a question about my phone not operating correctly after porting over to T-Mobil from Verizon. It ended up not being a porting issue, instead something with the VPN that wasn't allowing me to connect to WIFI or use my data.I apologizes I do not remember the gentlemen's name, but he was VERY tall (can't miss him), but he was super helpful and found out pretty quickly that was the issue. I felt unsure about going in because I wasn't purchasing anything but that didn't stop him from amazing customer service and reassuring me in my switch from Verizon to T-Mobil.

Went in to replace my safety glass on the phone. Found out it wasn't in stock, so I decided to upgrade. Employees were very helpful, even mentioned more discounts I could get for being a Costco member. Once I received my new phone, I went back to have the professionals set it up, and they made it look easy.

Uncertain why the staff at this store seemed less than welcoming and proactive towards me, almost as if I were there to cause trouble. I knew what I needed and directly inquired about T-Mobile's WiFi issue. The staff on the other side hurriedly responded, showing a lack of knowledge about my question, resembling someone untrained and uninformed, unlike the woman depicted in the image.

On Black Friday I bought a new phone and was talked into getting a "free" watch with it as part of a deal. I was told I would pay a 15$ monthly service fee and could cancel anytime for 40$.I went in today to return the watch thinking I could pay 40$ and remove the service fee. I was informed that the cancellation is only for 2 weeks after the purchase, which was never told to me. I now have to pay for the full watch with no way around it. If I had known this from the beginning I never would have gotten it.I feel tricked and scammed out of 300$. I would caution anyone else to know EXACTLY what you are paying for. The employees are nice and helpful, but they don't make it clear what exactly you sign up for financially.

Purchased a new iPhone through this location. I am not sure if it was a lack of training on the part of the representative but I opted to buy the screen protector through them. When discussing with the representative I made a direct comparison to my experience with Best Buy where it's a one time fee and you are allowed unlimited replacements with no incremental fees. He gave me the feedback yeah yeah it's just like that. When I received my first bill there was a charge charge of $18 a month that was never discussed at any point during the process. My limited understanding is this does include things beyond screen protectors like AppleCare, but the representative never indicated that this service charge that would be charged each and every month would be required in order to get my screen replaced through T-Mobile directly.The store did remove the charge when I first detected it. Then about a week after that when I went in to get my screen protector replaced, that's when I found out that charge was required and the manager was unwilling or unable to do anything to make it right despite the fact that her representative completely misled me. I would stay away from this location until they get their training so they are not misleading customers

This is the first time at this location. Although busy as soon as we walked in, we were greeted and asked how we could be serviced. The rep said it would be about a 10-minute wait, which we were ok with that. Actually, the wait was less. All of our issues were addressed by a knowledgeable customer representative. Our experience was pleasant and would return in the future if need be.

Went in to buy a phone..was added.to the wait list and then went completely ignored by the staff. Store wasn't busy. I'll spend money at a store that wants my business.

That's awful. I can only say that the manager of this branch is not honest. Probably, like me, your contract will face major problems and you will have to change your operator.

I have been a customer since 1999 but I was helping a neighbor yesterday and she is a disabled Veteran with invisible challenges. I took her to this store to buy a new phone since her phone wasn’t working due to her putting in random SIM card. Abdo helped us. He fixed her phone that didn’t work and set up her new phone and new watch and was so patient and kind with her that Management needs to know what an amazing employee they have in Abdo. Abdo went above and beyond with helping her to set up her “lifeline” and he set up 3! This was a big challenge for her and he handled her crisis without knowing her story but with the most genuine kindness and compassion and I can’t say enough about how heart warming it was to witness! Thank you so much Abdo! Your parents must be proud of the wonderful man that you are!

I called for inet plan and received my unit but never activated because there were loopholes to the promotion I didn't notice. Called to cancel service but they were not able to locate/verify my account so they told me to come into the store. Charged me for 4 months of service ans would not credit me back.
