So I have an account with Stahls & by my vinyl & some equipment through Stahls. I have been told i am able to take a tour for vendors. I have been coming up here from Farmington, NM, for 5 years, wanting to take a tour. Each time I come, they refuse.

Customer service has gone to ZERO. DO NOT BUY AN EXPENSIVE PRESS HEREInstead of being able to call someone when your equipment breaks, you now have to submit a ticket. I waited 4 days and they just closed my ticket. Support is only accessible via ticket, so now i need to just open another ticket and wait.This is one of the higher end heat presses i have purchased, and yet its broken 2 times in a matter of a few years. All i wanted was to know WHAT part to buy to fix it, but can not get any support. 0/10

I have to write this to make all the customer aware to check your orders before leaving Stahl's at the Chandler, Az location. Apparently, their system isn't so great. Also, you would think they have a phone # so you could call and make sure your order is ready before driving all the way over there but all you get is either the Ohio or Michigan location and they seem to know nothing about my order even though I gave them the order # and confirmation number?? Who doesn't have a phone at a business?? Really? Why so secretive??
