This review is for TSA Precheck employee Tammy. My friend and I made appointments for our TSA Precheck applications. The appointments were running significantly behind schedule due to the equipment used to process the applications going down repeatedly. Despite this, Tammy remained professional, courteous, and kept us informed. When it was my turn to be processed, at the very end the equipment once again went down. Tammy did her best to get it back up and running, but to no avail. She apologized, then told us where the next closest location was to continue this process, and let me know that she didn't believe my information had gone through. When my friend and I arrived at the other TSA Precheck location, we found that Tammy had taken the time and initiative to call that location to inform them (who in turn informed me) that my application had, in fact, gone through. Tammy went over and above to accommodate us, and provided excellent customer service. I am both impressed and appreciative of her efforts! If possible, please share my appreciation with her.

Went in to get a new work order booklet copied, the same as the one that I previously got printed. 1st I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before 1 of the 3 workers acknowledged me. And the lack of customer service continued. And to top it off, the booklet was a lot smaller than the previous (which I'm okay with). I just would have liked to have been notified of the change prior to picking it up. Wasn't a "bad" experience, but definitely was not welcoming.

I am usually a patient person, but my experience today was frustrating. I had to return some Amazon purchases. I stood in front of the Amazon return counter for 10 minutes while a cashier behind the same counter had a steady stream of Staples customers to check out. Two other employees went behind the counter and I assumed they’d take care of my Amazon return, but they didn’t. No eye contact and no acknowledgement of my presence. Confused, I took my items and stood in line with the Staples customers so I could finally be waited on. Got to front of line and cashier told me he had to finish checking out the Staples customers before he could process my Amazon return. What?! I have never seen so many people checking out at this Staples at once and I didn’t want to go back around to the Amazon counter to continue waiting for who knows how long. I canceled my Amazon returns to Staples and chose to return them at Kohl’s instead, where I was waited on immediately. I won’t be back to this Staples. It’s the 2nd time in a row that I have had an issue with Amazon returns.

I recently checked staples to find boxes to used for an upcoming toy drive, the staff immediately provided me with multiple options and were excited about my event. I then equites about a new updated printer, the associate asked what I have then what my needs were. Once I responded the associate instantly referred two specific epson printers and the differences between the two. When I made a decision I was then advised which ink type Id need also go with an estimated end to end use timeframe. Really happy with this last Staples visit in Gilbert!

They do not check for online orders in a timely manner, so don't expect a 1 hour pickup order to be ready in 1 hour. You can drive over after 2.5 hours of waiting and then they will check for online orders and go pull it for you. I only ordered online for store pickup because there was a coupon.

I found the rewards program very easy to use. I was able to recycle my printer cartridges and printer and use the credits toward a new printer. The associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to purchase any particular product. They allowed me all the time I needed.
