Had several problems with my computer and Rusty was absolutely amazing. He took time to explain to me what the problem was and took extra time to walk me through everything. He was a total professional. I highly recommend speaking with him for your computer related issues. I will definitely send all my friends to him !

Went on Tuesday. Just had to send off two pre-labeled and packed usps, return an Amazon package, pick up a print order and wanted to inquire about laminating service. NEVER going back. I was helped by a young man by the name of Adan or Adam (didn't catch it as I was jaw on the floor in awe of the terrible service. His first reaction when my daughter and I walked up to the counter was "Guess I'm not going on my break now" then continued to complain to me THE CUSTOMER that he had been there three hours and had not been able to take a 15 minute break yet. He then proceeded to tell me that he can "maybe help me with the pick up of my print, but not any questions" He claimed "I don't get paid for that, all the print people get paid 10% more and I dont" "I never get a raise and do the work"...I let him vent, but I have to say I've never in my life been so floored!! He then walked over to the print area and found my order. I asked "is there someone that I can ask questions regarding print center"? He said "no, it's just me and another guy and the manager, none of us know anything about that-try the store on Gilbert and Germann"....not once did he think to even ask what my question was or offer to find someone that could help. I understand not knowing, so find someone who does or make the call to the other store to ask for information. He just continued to complain and moan and treat me like I was an inconvenience to him! I drove to the store for help, help me! Haha...I don't like leaving poor reviews, but mentioned this situation to a family member and they said "oh yeah, the kid with the strawberry/red hair-he's always that way" It's not rocket science, you're role is customer service. I was polite the entire time when I should have questioned his treatment and service. I am not sure how this kid still has a job there?! In leaving, another woman walked in behind us with more amazon returns...I laughed under my breath, cause he really wasn't getting that break now either!

I went into the Staples on Arizona and Chandler Rd. looking for a printer. I spent around 20 minutes looking for a printer and was never greeted or assisted by anyone. Employees walked by me, even when I approached them to ask for help. Even as I was leaving, an employee walked right in front of me and said nothing. It was like I was invisible, lol. So, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Had a very good experience here. I came to print some posters for a gift and by accident provided the wrong measurements. The lady at the print store was very helpful and kind in helping me to re-print with proper measurements.
I might pick up a proper ruler on my way out since mine is (apparently) a few inches off.

Nicole, the manager was a huge help with getting me some business cards. She was very personable and understanding on my order and assisted greatly in what I wanted.

Everything went smoothly at the Store Level. After checking Online which showed my Local Store did not have the item that I was looking for I phoned the Store and not only did they answer the phone pleasantly and professionally they also checked the item and brought them to the Customer Service Center for me. The Customer Service Person was pleasant and professional.
Great Job All Around.
