PROS: Nice storage units in a clean setting.
CONS: Pricing strategy. Starting rate of $172/month. 6 months later, price increased to $205/month. 12 months later bumped to $248/month. This is a 44% increase in 18 months. This also appears to be industry standard. I will be shopping for other locations as there is no shortage of storage facilities in the East Valley.

Everyone there were very friendly. They showed us the unit that was very clean. The helped down load the app to open the gate without having to lean out the window, how cool is that on a rainy day. Very nice place.

Love CubeSmart! Have 2 units presently and will keep one long term. Easy in, wasy out. Msnagers are very cordial and helpful. Price is fait and the 1 month free is very nice!

Mike was fantastic and he was first person I met. Then the following week, we met Sonja and set up our reservation with her. She too was super nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. We started our storage yesterday and finished our reservation. I love the convenience, the automatic doors when entering a storage building and the carts are readily available. Super happy with our choice.

I had been a loyal customer of Cube Smart, even before it became Cube Smart, for 5 years. I discovered I could receive a much better rate if I went in as a new customer, rather than getting a better rate as a loyal customer. Since Cube Smart took over the climate control unit temperature was not adequate and the maintenance was less than desirable. The hallways were always dusty, dead bugs and rodents at times. Would not recommend, look elsewhere!!
