I've been coming to this place for years and I mean years since they first opened it but they always ask me if I want to pawn my stuff separate well this time they didn't even bother asking and they put it all on one ticket which jacks up my interest and the payment I have to make they apologize but make sure and let them know what you want or they will just do what they want on their own personally I am not bringing any more business to this place

If your black or any other color then white they will look at you funny. My son want to sell his chain we went to 2 pawn shop that offer 480 and 500.we went to a super pawn the guy behind the counter looked at us and can back said the chain is not real wow . So I went to a different place and the tested the chain and gave my son the 500 he was asking for so I guess every pawn shop other then this place don't know gold. No if your black then don't let the white guy behind the counter help you. He's the one that look like five from Bob's burgers. So go to Az pawn and in jewelry they'll take care of you don't waste your time with super pawn.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and I didn't get a welcome or No service from staff ... And the floor has some spots that I almost fell down! So I left won't be going back there anymore they didn't want my business!

Met with rudeness and sass not really a way i would treat someone trying to make some money but should tell people ahead of time if your dont take items instead of makig them show up wasting gas just saying

Wow i do a lot of business with this place and sell a lot of products to this location and wow. The guy was super rude to me. Don't bring a guitar here. I brought in my dads guitar it was clearly vintage and a fender. I even searched up the ones that was selling and this man was like well i need paper work on that. I'm like bro my dad gave it to me how can i have paper work and prove it's vintage? can you not tell by the red in the middle? or condition? i told him straight up your not clearly a expert. He argued and said he wasn't and never said he was. So why would i be doing business with someone like that? for now on don't bother bringing your guitars. Surprisingly i did get a good offer from them a year ago with my Martin but older guitars they don't take the extra step to see what type model and make it is. He was really rude and honestly offended me. Wasn't even nice about it. It was my dads guitar yet you tell me to bring paper work even tho serial number is on the guitar. Other reviews say the same thing about the guitars.

Kudos to Lem the store manager and staff has always been courteous to me.Explains clearly the why & I never feel like they didn't do the best for me.As I would say in the military, when doing reviews on my team for the best performing airmen or sergeants:Promote Lem and his team above others today!
