I had an excellent experience! Usually, I am very hesitant, not to go to the dealership of Tesla for glass replacement. However, at the advice of my insurance agent and from previous experiences, he recommended them and they were everything as expected! They brought Tesla OEM glass, we’re extremely professional, communicative, and overall very expedient. From the time I submitted the claim, to the time the glass was replaced was less than 24 hours. Would highly recommend!

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by my technician Joe. He was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job replacing my windshield. The company was extremely helpful from providing information ahead of time as to the whole procedure, what was covered including warranty, recalibration of safety features, etc. He called to let me know when he would arrive and he was right on time. I was paying out of pocket and the value for my money was excellent. Prices were very competitive and I would highly recommend them.

Professional, on time, pleasant, friendly, efficient-but not rushed. Cody D. replaced car windshields on 2 of our vehicles…went the extra mile to bring a second glass so we could determine if we wanted it “clear” or with blue fade-in on top to reduce glare. Can’t rate these guys more highly. Thanks for an easy-peasy, no drama windshield replacement!

This company is awesome! The gal that helped me with my insurance claim yesterday was super nice and helpful. Javier was out this morning to replace my windshield. He was friendly and professional and did a beautiful job! My windshield was damaged by vandalism, but T&S Auto took all the stress away. Highly recommend!!

These guys are great! I've used them several times over the years and am always impressed with the professionalism across the board, from the person answering the phone to the installer. (Sam has helped me the past few times and is definitely as asset to the company!). I highly recommend!

Chad from T&S is great! This was the second time I needed a windshield repair, and he was able to come the same day. Super personable guy and easy to talk to. He’s very knowledgeable in the field, and does a great job every time. T&S is my go to whenever I have issues with my windshield.

Chad provided amazing service! He conveniently traveled to my location and had my windshield fixed in under 20 minutes. Chad explained each step throughout the process to make sure I understood what was happening. After he fixed the chip in my windshield he let me know that if I had any issues, that T&S would be sure to help. I will definitely contact this company the next time I experience an issue with my windshield, and I will be sure to recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Chad!

2nd time using them. Referred by my insurance company. Beatrice in the office is awesome. Did all the work to transfer my claim from Safelite. Safelite tech said there was rust around my window and couldn't do it. T&S tech noticed right away that it was a factory window and had now rust. I was notified with a 15 minute call and a call on arrival. Job was well done once again. Will refer all my people to T&S

I cannot recommend this place enough!
First off, Nancy has impeccable customer service! It’s always such a breath of fresh air to speak with someone who actually cares when you’re dealing with a burden you don’t necessarily want to deal with.
Every technician has been prompt and friendly. Cody just left my windshield replacement and it was thorough, quick and they come to your door (work or home).
Arizona roads are hard on our windshields and this is the place to go if you need help!
