Theresa is horrendously rude, discriminating, incompetent and a self serving joke for a manager. Who hired this clown? She flags reviews she doesn't like and her employees just gossip and play on their phones! She makes you wait and gives you excuses so she doesn't have to lift a finger and actually do her job - all with an eye roll! Yet, tries to sound sweet and pleasant aka FAKE! ? Do yourself a favor and sign up for service elsewhere!

Employee today was very rude and seemed to be bothered with any questions. The vibe was very matter of fact with no pleasantries what so ever. 2 stars because previous experience at this location was nice.

The staff was great! Helped me pick up the phones (2) I wanted to purchase and helped me transfer all my prior data with no glitches.

They lie & don't know what they are talking about. Had to call into T-mobile customer service after I left to get my reimbursement for charges that shouldn't have been there in the first place & to get my plan fixed. Thought it would be more beneficial to come into a T-mobile store for upgrades/changes to my account but you're better off contacting T-mobile customer service at home.

My girlfriend came to this location sometime last week after her Z Flip screen malfunctioned and was under warranty. The kid who helped her said the malfunction was covered and place an order for the new Z Flip, went back yesterday to get everything transferred. After trying multiple times to activate the new phone under her number he kept getting an “error” message and determined he’d have to order another phone. After inspecting my girlfriends current phone he then changes his mind on the screen malfunction to “DAMAGE” which isn’t covered by warranty. After getting a bit irritated now that we’re being told something different than whah the same kid said a week prior I argued she had a screen protector on so how could it be damage. He then had the audacity to see if we wanted to finance a phone, there’s no snowballs chance in hell he was going to make a sale with us. Don’t come to this location unless you want a run-around and time wasted. I wish I caught his name so I could leave it here.

Staff was not at all helpful. Didn’t really seem like they wanted to be at work. Provided no solutions. Certainly wouldn’t recommend coming to this location

I really love going to T-Mobile it's almost like if say for example you went to Las Vegas and let's just say that you saw T-Mobile Arena and let's just say that you went to Seattle Washington and you saw T-Mobile Park in Seattle because I know that T-Mobile is one of the best when there is out there because I know people are going to say is that why do you say T-Mobile is the best because you know why T-Mobile's got an arena a Stadium named after T-Mobile it's one of the best wireless companies out there is let's just say this way say that you got MetroPCS and then you're just going to say to MetroPCS is who's your partner and I think Metro PCS will say is it's got to be T-Mobile

The staff in this store are so nice and work together to make sure all questions and/ or issues are answered and taken care of. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get my uncle and I the best plan for the best price! We even earned a free device! So cool!

Went in to get new phone. Preodered the S23, paid off old phone and taxes for new phone. Come home and immediately lose all services on Current phone. Now I am on my son's phone for the last 30 min on hold trying to figure out what the Service Agent at the store did to my account.Service did get resolved, it was TMobile, not the store or the rep that helped me. It was just a crazy luck. I jumped to conclusions and apologize. Have a great day, thanks for your help!!!
