I felt welcomed the second I walked in. I was in extreme pain and they actually made me smile. The doctor was excellent! Already feel better after one visit can't wait for the next visit. So glad I decided to go to the Joint!?

This location is always able to make me feel better. When I first went in my back, hips, and neck were completely out of alignment and they were able to help. Every week when I go in for my neck and headaches, they help me feel better. Today when I went in after hurting my back, I walked out feeling so much better. I'm still not at 100% yet; however, I know from experience at this location, I'll get there again. I always recommend this place to my family and friends.

Love Dr. E. I never feel rushed. She takes her time to feel where the adjustments need to be made. I don’t feel like I am in an assembly line.When Dr. E isn’t available or is with another patient, Dr. Emily is pretty awesome, too! I am very thankful that I have 2 amazing Chiropractic Doctors to help me with my alignments & pain.

I’ve been a customer of The Joint Ocotillo for over a year now and have never had a bad experience! All the doctors are well experienced, friendly, and efficient. You’ll usually be in and out within 5 minutes! And the wellness coordinators are always super friendly and helpful! Especially Kim and Melanie!

I just kind of came across this place because I just moved here and was desperate with some back pain. What a deal! Not only were they great but I pay a low monthly fee and I can go every week so it’s way cheaper than other places I’ve been to. They even have a military discount. AND it’s all over the country so you can go when you travel. Highly recommend!

If you think going to a chiropractor is a waste of time then ask someone that hasn't taken care of their back how their hips, knees and feet feel. If it isn't straight then nothing else is. Take care of yourself visit The Joint. They want to get you in there and out as fast as possible.Highly recommended.

Has anyone else run into a similar issue? I've been "Medicare eligible" for the past 18 months and am still working (I use my work insurance when needed). For the same 18 months I've gone to The Joint for chiropractic care. They take NO INSURANCE, including Medicare. I pay automatically each month; it's deducted from my FSA card. I like their doctors, the location is convenient, and I get a veterans discount. A few weeks ago, as I was face down on the table, I was told they can't provide services for me anymore unless I fill out a Medicare form. I told them I'm not on Medicare, I've prepaid each month, and they don't take insurance. They have my money, I was denied service. (The money isn't the issue; the age discrimination and possible Medicare fraud is.)I looked up the form they tried to get me to sign. CMS says it's optional. I do not want to be party to possible fraud. The manager of the Ocotillo facility claimed it's their policy (to have "Medicare eligible" clients sign the form) and referred me to corporate who has yet to respond to my inquiry.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable!Thanks to Melanie and Kim upfront who plan my visits & it's great that I can stop in anytime for an adjustment, twice a week for starters, after not seeing a chiropractor for over a year. Feeling better every visit. So glad I decided to gor for that New Patient deal.

This is my local chiropractor that I see and I love it! Melanie is usually the nice, pretty lady at the front and she took the time to get to know my name and is always super happy and friendly! I love all the doctors, but especially Dr. Hanson. I leave feeling twice as better than I did before and she really goes above and beyond in her work! Thanks guys. Stay awesome :)

I've been going to this location every week or two for almost 2 years now and have always had great service, no matter which individual does the adjustment. I read through all the negative reviews and wonder if these people are confusing this location with another one or are just complaining in attempt to get something free. None are remotely reflective of my personal experiences, which have always been extremely positive.

I’ve been three times. Each time, the front desk staff has been friendly and informative. The waits haven’t been too long. There have been two to three doctors working each time. The doctors have told me what they’re doing and why. They’ve also provided instructions for stretches and care, and suggested products that may alleviate the pain and/or help to prevent further pain. I’m on my way to feeling better. They’ve relieved the stiffness and gotten my back to crack. I’m hoping continued treatment will diminish the pain to nothing.

Listen, the front desk staff was kind, warm, and personable which means a lot to me as a poc. Dr. J was LEGIT! I have seen many chiropractors in the last two and a half years, this was easily the best adjustment I have ever had! My only regret is that I cannot take her home in my pocket. Ha! Seriously though I feel amazing after seeing her!
