Accessible entrance and accessible parking mall-front.
Though some of clothing items were a bit more expensive, I do love the discount on jeans they had. The store also has a nice selection of loose cozy shorts- great for loungewear. Nice selection of graphic backpacks too.

This was the 3rd store I called looking for a specific pair of shoes my nephew requested for his birthday. Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised by the amount of customer service “Tammy” provided. When she couldn’t find what I was looking for, she went above and beyond by offering to check other stores to check their availability (something the previous Tillys representatives didn’t do). Tammy was noticeably busy, but still made it a point to check nonetheless. When we still couldn’t find them, she suggested other retailers that may carry them. This makes me want to go directly to her store just to buy the shoes from her store, even if they are a size up. Someone give this pleasant young lady a raise. She definitely has great customer service skills and not to mention amazing people skills.

Recently had to go in to do an exchange for my son. Milania was wonderful! She helped me with my exchange and made the process so easy. I’ve always had a great experience at this store!

Super busy today with it being the weekend and back to school shopping. Service was ok, but we were able to find most of what my kids were looking for. There were some great sales, but also some overpriced items I could find elsewhere for less. For how busy they were the employees were on top of it and store clean.

I experienced the worst service and attitudes in this location. There was a staff "meeting" in front of the dressing rooms, where they blocked us from shopping and got annoyed when we tried to get past them. Handed clothes we didn't want to a salesgirl and she rolled her eyes and made faces and asked what she was supposed to do with the merchandise...seriously? Asked for a manager and they argued about which one of them was less busy to deal with my complaint. The manager I did get was about 12 and a total snot. Worthless- I will not shop in this location again.

Terrible customer service from employee Alex. Try to ask about my Tilly's rewards/sale and and if they apply to my in-store purchase. No explanation just very rude

Out of all the stores at chandler mall, Tilly's has BY FAR the best customer service!!! the workers will do whatever it takes to make sure that the customer gets what they are looking for. Give that bryson kid a raise!

The pretty girl that helped me was awesome but I never caught her name! The store is clean and dressing rooms open.. they were low on inventory but that's to be expected right now. They need to carry more long sleeve XXL t-shirts.

Tatum did the absolute best to make sure I can find a pair of roller skates in my size. This girl needs to be a manager. She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. 10/10!

This was the worst experience ever . I will not be returning . I asked a employee to try on a certain size shoe and she told me I had to go get it for her. People at the register weren't friendly and they were talking bad about me in front of my faces.

Store manager was awful! Employees didn't know what to do. Also maybe update your receipts to read what's final sale. I purchased a backpack not even a week ago, was t verbally told I couldn't return or exchange & it definitely doesn't say it on the receipt. Awful service here.
