What a great operation I used the gilbert store and now the chandler location for my daughter's car gilbert helped with a no start and chandler helped with some brakes and tires. I could not be happier with the pricing and service. They guys are awesome!!

Tire Pros did an outstanding job from start to finish. They provided a quote over the phone and were responsive to all my follow-up questions. When I brought the truck in for leveling, they took the time to answer even more of my concerns. Once I left the truck with them, they completed the work efficiently and on time.

These guys are amazing! I was having trouble with my tire inflation sensors and these guys were quick to fix them and charge me super reasonably for the price of the job. Plus! My gas door was sorta coming off and they were happy to help me out! Great service! Thank you guys again for all your help.

completely disappointed! Was getting an amazing deal of 2 backstocked tires for $185 out the door come to hear 5 hours later that they are refusing to do any work unless i buy 4 tires at $535!! Saying how he can see the wires coming out of my tire somewhere. the next place i took it to didn’t see such a thing he talked about. tire pro even said this is a bad situation and left me in said bad situation! Let’s just say aura points have been lost.

Great customer service and knowledge. I let them know what type of tire I needed for my type of driving and they picked out the perfect tire at a good price. I'd definitely recommend, especially after coming discount tire where they always had me on hold, waiting forever in line and poor service.

Good place for tires, tire rotation and oil changes. Don’t go there for anything else. Will lie to you about pricing and tell you it’s discounted but when the bill comes it’s not the correct discounted price that they’ve said. Secondly I got my spark plugs changed there, was fine I also waited 5-6 hours to get it fix which is fine. Day two comes around cylinder 5 has a misfire, I know that because I have a reader. Bring it back to get it fixed and it also takes me another 4-5 hours of wait time again. Which is also fine because I want my car to be good. I go on a week vacation come back and my vehicle does not start anymore. I had to tow it and take it to the main dealership to fix. I reached out and told them exactly what happened and blamed it on me stating in the text messages that “How do you know it was us? It was fine the whole trip?” I did not drive my vehicle out of state. I drove home after the vehicle was fixed the second time and flew into New York from plane (taking uber). Go there for simple mechanical stuff for your car nothing big. Learn from my mistake and save yourself some time.

I recently took my vehicle to Tire Pro for service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My car had multiple issues that were difficult to diagnose, but Jon, the shop manager, went above and beyond to ensure the problem was resolved. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and communicative throughout the entire process.
It took a few days to pinpoint and fix the issue, but Jon and his team made sure everything was done correctly. In the end, my vehicle was running perfectly, and it was absolutely worth the wait. I truly appreciate the dedication and expertise they showed.
If you’re looking for an auto shop that genuinely cares about their customers and provides top-notch service, I highly recommend this location. Thanks to Jon and the team for their hard work and professionalism!
