This store is awesome. I visited from out of town and accidentally bought the wrong size. They allowed me to ship the product back and exchanged it at no cost. They covered the shipping charges to get the correct product to me. The sales staff actually took the time to send me pictures of multiple different items so I could pick the one I wanted to exchange for. I can't say enough about the staff and the willingness to go above and beyond for a customer. Thank you!

I have been shopping Tommy Bahama for years I went into the store. The other day and staff members were extremely unprofessional and rude. It made me feel as if they did not want my business when asking for help. It was as if I was asking for something out of this world. I ended up putting the three shirts and three pairs of pants that I was getting ready to purchase down and walking out of the store. I have never faced unprofessional customer service this bad.

went here yesterday and thought I was buying a legit silk Hawaiian shirt but tunes out the tag says silk but the material is cotton. when contacted corporate they passed the buck to the store so their hands could be cleaned from the fraud they are doing with their apparel. be aware of the merchandise your about to buy. you will be paying high prices for fraudulent merchandise.
