Overall it’s decent. The service in the rooms is really slow you’ll get two bars at max with T-Mobile and the WiFi is pretty slow even for the upgraded option. They’ll change the prices on rooms that are identical and almost every room has something damaged. The rooms do come well equipped for cooking I can give them that, with an electric stove top and dishwasher. The room service is okay they don’t get everything right away they typically will always forget to restock either toilet paper or tissue it gets annoying having to call each time for that. Finally the hotel is in a weird spot behind other buildings can be missed easily and has minimal view outside the hotel rooms. My overall rating would be better if the service in the hotel was better due to it causing delays for work related calls or texts.

If you have family in town, this is a great place to recommend if you do not have room for them to stay with you. The rooms are clean and comfortable enough for longer stays. Suites come with a small kitchen, sink and fridge. Dishes and simple cookware are supplied, but no dishwasher. Overall, the convenient location and economical rates are worth a look.

Whenever a get a chance to get away for the weekend, this is my go to place!
The staff is always friendly. They go out their way to accommodate you.
Breakfast is always superb.

10 out of 10 will recommend! The front desk clerks are so friendly, informative and accommodating. It was a pleasure seeing them everyday. The room attendants were tremendously sweet and kind. Breakfast was delicious! Laundry on site was so convenient, cheap and dryers are beasts at drying lol. There is a pool, grill for any grillers, cute man-made waterfall in front. Conveniently located 10-20 steps away from Dutch Brothers (Arizona’s st@rbucks), La Madeleine (French bakery and cafe), Navy Federal Credit Union and Pot Belly Sandwich Shop drive thru. There are so many restaurants surrounding this hotel and popular shops within 3-15mins. Enjoy staying at this hotel! Enjoy Arizona!

I have been staying at this hotel for almost a month now waiting for my apartment to be ready-so this is a completely accurate review- it's decent enough -but my forewarning is -I would definitely bring your cleaning supplies with you. The time that I've been here I have been switched from five different rooms, for various reasons- and I can tell you every single one of the rooms was not cleaned properly or not at all!! I believe all the maids here do is just simply make the beds and take out the trash....the things that I found are absolutely disgusting. The smell of the hotel -especially the hallways -can be a little off-putting because the hallways are really hot and there are kitchens in the rooms -so there's people cooking various things for that reason this hotel really should invest in air freshener that goes through the air ducts- like hotels usually do. I personally wouldn't pay more than $100 a night for this room- but the location is good- the staff is really good and as I mentioned there are little kitchenettes in the room. I never went into the pool because the water always seemed very murky. The deposit is only 20 per night. The breakfast they serve -is not worth getting up for

Towne Place is a great place to stay and the rooms are great. The service level is great with a great staff. The breakfast was standard but there are a lot of food options around the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All around a great experience.

Do not recommend this property for any stay. I had a trip interruption and was not able to make my stay due to flight being canceled. Called the hotel directly and spike to front desk attendant whom informed me that with my loyalty status (ambassador elite) and circumstances outside my control my reservation would be canceled with out penalty. Well few hours later the entire stay was charged to my card and they cited 48 hours cancelation policy. Tried for several days to contact a property manager all to no avail. Don't recommend this property.

We felt comfortable & relaxed in our suite. The amenities were perfect. Great coffee is found in the front lobby as well as a satisfying breakfast. The staff is gracious and generous.Rooms: Room 203 is spacious and comfortable. My wife had the spend the day working from our room while I was visiting an Army buddy. She said the room was relaxing and she was able to get a ton of work done.
