I’ve been an avid shopper at Tractor Supply Co. for at least 10 years, never had an issue and I love(d) the variety of pet foods / feeds, and supplies they have. HOWEVER… today was my first time experiencing what I can only describe as racial profiling at this location. Please explain why a cashier working the front would follow me, a woman of colour, closely throughout my entire shopping trip, repeatedly asking me questions with eyes bugging out like she’s trying to catch me stealing a 50 lb bag of dog food, pretended to walk away twice, then peeked at me from around the corner as if I couldn’t see; followed me to the register, checked me out, watched me walk out with my item. Do better, that behaviour was absolutely unnecessary and you’ve lost a previously loyal customer.

Where to start? After a horrible experience at Brooksie's for a propane refill, we ended up at Tractor Supply.
Tim, who helped us out, knows more about propane than Hank Hill. He's super fast, knowledgeable and super friendly. Probably the nicest person I've met in Chandler since we moved here.

Cashier CHRISTINA was very rude. She couldn't figure out how to override a price and got irritated, a coworker came and assisted her. Meanwhile we were just quietly waiting. She wanted to rush the transaction and my mom said she forgot to put her loyalty number in, so Christina let her. After putting it in, she kept repeating her name over and over, at the end of every sentence. Also calling her "Miss" while my dad is right there, also, who does that? Say it once and leave it alone. My mom asked that she please stop. She said it was "southern politeness" or something like that. Which led me to think she was treating us this way because of our obvious New York accents, but we didn't comment on that and just stayed quiet. The whole interaction felt very backhanded. And then when we left, she said "Hope you have a wonderful day!" Very loudly and sarcastically with this nasty smile. Completely out of left field. Like, we weren't even being rude or anything about the price on the clearance stuff. Never have a problem there, staff is always nice but MISS CHRISTINA needs a lesson in manners. It's not our fault you can't figure out how to override a price! And we weren't even mad at you for not knowing! Maybe try not to take your frustrations out on customers?? It's not our fault you're having a bad day. We only come here for a few things once in a long while and we'll be glad to take our business elsewhere. The whole thing was just very off-putting and not worth our stress to return. Crazy how one bad employee can ruin your entire experience.

This store is my favorite store!! Your staff is 200% kind friendly and very helpful, always go over and above - they exceed expectations. Your online shopping is easy and no hassles- you never have to wait at pick up !!! They have it ready for you!!

Amazing customer service. The red head cashier and Hannah and Anna were absolutely amazing.
Bought a bunch of their rubber mats to make a gym and the staff were warm, welcoming, and helped my roommate and I load the mats. 10/10

I'm only here to pick up a couple bags of black diamond blasting sand and I was the diamond.
