I have used Home Depot for most of my adult life. It is very disappointing to me that I have to sever my ties with them as of today. 2 months ago I purchased a patio set on sale. They were to put it together for me. I checked on by driving to the store and speaking with customer service who told me the set would be ready to pick up later that day. I went back to pick it up and was then told that they do have it and their stock showed- 1. They said all they could do was refund my money. I told them that I got a smoking deal on the set and would like another one. I argued that this was there fault as they sold mine to someone else and they should replace it. They ended up getting the manager involved who also argued that there was not they could do. He finally thought of a way to order me another. I received it and my plan was to never purchase anything that I could not carry out of the store again. Well I went back today to pick up some brick and plants. I had to take the purchase to the other side of the store to check out. I asked the lady at self checkout to help me with the brick. Her response was, " Didn't you get the sku? I said no. She then looked it up and was going to select the 3.00$ a brick picture. I told her that was not the the right one. I ended up walking back to take a picture of the sku to give to her .72cents a brick. After she stepped away from the checkout machine I asked her if she got 10 bricks. Her response was, " do you see the ten at the bottom of the square?" She was rude and condescending. I will not step foot in Home Depot ever again. The customer service is argumentative and condescending and they do not want to solve the problem, they want you out of their store so they don't have to work. Here I come Lowes...

We ordered a delivery of wood fencing and other items, only half the order came, no fencing no concrete, the manager refunded our delivery fee. We had to wait a week for another then the fencing that came was full of furry black mold and they were damaged. We had to keep the moldy stuff in our garage till replacements could come. The manager on duty promised us $100.00 off of the order for our inconvenience. We DID NOT receive the $100.00 refund. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and the issue still is not resolved. See what this Home Depot location thinks good merchandise looks like.

I will start off by saying that I did not purchase my fridge in store. I was shopping online to buy my first fridge. I previously had a Samsung french door fridge that had a lot of issues with water freezing in the lines. It was looked at many times and was told it was not fixable... *Sigh* My fridge was a loss, as the kit they made to fix it also did not work.... This made me weary when buying a new fridge. I did not want to get a fridge that was going to have issues. I did a lot of research on a few brands, and decided to go with a Whirlpool. There were many options listed with all the details I needed. What was extremely helpful was that the videos and pictures of each fridge listed, as well as the measurements. I went with a side by side model and purchased a 3 year warranty. I entered all my info and set it up for the delivery date I wanted. I received a call within a few days to finalize my delivery plans. Once the delivery team showed up they moved my old fridge out of the way for me and brought in the new fridge and set it up. Two men had straps over their back and walked my fridge right in and sat it down!!! I was impressed . The team was great!! Friendly and professional.

I am normally a Home Depot guy, so I went to them first for my 3000 sq ft flooring replacement! My wife and I Sat with Peter for over an hour going room by room for tile or carpeting, They wanted $50.00 deposit for measurement and would be credited IF we went with them. We paid, and scheduled the measurement. Then we received the quote but for 100% carpet. I called Peter and he said that we had to come back to adjust room by room. Said we did that? In the meantime I have had 5 other companies come out for free measurement and estimates....so I asked if I could get a refund of my $50.00? NOPE, store policy....not even a store credit. Now to be clear, Peter was wonderful on our first visit and I have no issue with him.....but DO NOT BUY FLOORING a from Home Depot...policy of paying for a measurement/estimate is NOT competitive and I do not know if their price is right....never got that far...and not investing any more TIME to find out! You guys need to do a market check and get back to being a go to solution. I buy my small stuff there and am very satisfied, but YOU missed out on a big flooring job! Steve

Came in and everything was still locked up. Asked for assistance and 5 employees passed the buck on me. Sat and watched 5 workers continue restocking while watching me wait patiently 20min for help. I guess there job is more important than customer service. Especially to veterans. Not that we matter. I guess.

Hands down one of the best Home Depot's I've ever been to honestly. Employees were friendly, parking lot not a nightmare to drive/park in, plenty of things we were looking at in stock ( never have anything at one near me) and no long wait to check out. Only downside is it's not near my house. Definitely one of stop at if needed when nearby.

My husband was threatened by an employee in the electrical department. I know it sounds outrageous and unbelievable, but I'm in retail and I would never exaggerate or embellish an incident like this. He asked for help, got the incorrect recommendation and asked for the correct style of light bulb. The associate referred to him as a d*&@ customer. My husband stepped back and tried to defuse the situation and the associate replied with "You want to go outside" and stepped towards him. My husband backed off and the employee walked away and out of the store. He then proceeded to go complain about the interaction and no one seemed concerned about it at the customer service desk. They called for a manager and no on came. My husband left without his purchase and we will no longer shop at The Home Depot. I did call the store and the mgr - Amy was apologetic and promised to look into the exchange and try to figure out the associate and follow up. None of this is fabricated. This really happened.

Absolutely ridiculously poor service. The associate in the paint department was literally fighting with my husband over whether or not our paint was purchased in the store. Who cares? Can you match it or not. Do not go here, seriously save your money and go to a different big box store. If I could give the store a zero star review, I would.

Bought 15 gallons of paint, Behr brand Used 5 gallons, no issue Next five gallons, set up at 5 am, prep everything, start praying at sun up and after 8-10 minutes the sprayer clogs, I clean and starts again, in two minutes clogs, and clogs and clogs and clogs, finally I give up. I look over equipment and finally get to paint and discover it was never shaken. I spent over an hour to clean the sprayer/hose/gun, I go to home depot and get "can not take that back" I say I do not want a refund I want an exchange as I do not know :for sure: why my spray gun was clogging. NO Get a manager, his reaction "without ever saying I am sorry for your trouble" we can not take that paint back, I ask him if I have further problems will home depot do anything, cleaning my equipment is not an easy job, NO. Than shake the paint, , OK but if the open container comes open in shaker it is not our fault, WTF, do you want me to clean the mess if it comes open???, no just saying we will not be responsible, Shake the PAINT. NO sorry, NO we will not help you if you have further problems, MY business will be going to Lowes after this adventure, Total BS, and NO: we are sorry for your problems I use to love Home Depot, they use to treat you as a person, now I and a "NO" to them. hummmm

I bought doors from them 3 years ago, did a horrible job install them, I called them again to fix it, and they brought the same guy again and, never fixed it right, Just a bad experience

Probably the best Home Depot in the valley but they do not have a rental department. Very nice staff and many of the employees are older and have a wealth of knowledge. Awesome manager who is very nice and understanding. Seem to have a good stock of products compared to other stores I've visited. Thank goodness lumber prices are finally coming down.

So I came in there just to get a couple of little simple things nothing big and the guy who helped me out he was real courteous and he was real polite and I never really had any issues up here at Home Depot but this guy went beyond the Call of Duty to help me out I wish I could remember his name but he was over in the tool section but definitely Home Depot is definitely one of the better companies
