RENTERS BEWARE! This place is a joke. Our storage unit along with SEVERAL other units were broken into. The 1 star review comes solely from how the situation was handled by the facility/management. When I discovered our unit was broken into I called the office and 2 individuals met me and they could care less. The manager alluded that it was our fault because our lock was not moved to the area on the handle. They have no cameras facing the units, just at the gate where you enter and exit, and there have been no efforts made to increase security, add cameras, etc, nor would they prorate our rent for moving our belongings elsewhere because of the break in. Considering you need a code to get in and out of the lot, the individual breaking into the units must be a current renter there or has given the code to someone they know.

Absolutely worst experience ever, all across the board. After a year of renting our storage unit got broken into, amongst MULTIPLE other units. When approaching management in regards to our unit being ransacked, the manager showed no care or concern of the robbing. Insinuating it was our fault for not properly locking our unit..? Zero security cameras facing units only at exit and entrance. Highly recommending staying far away from this location.

They overrate how much gas is in the vehicle then charge you 60 bucks when you return it with more gas than it had when you picked it up and Doofus the manager just screams at you over the phone and blames you rather than just doing the right thing and not charging you to fill up the whole tank after giving you a truck with less than 1/4 tank of gas to drive up to Payson after dealing with the staff in the front I should have known better it's kind of my own fault but I would avoid these morons at all costs if you want a smooth moving experience🙂👍

Our truck wasn’t prepared to be picked up like it was supposed to be. I had to walk all around the parking lot and then ask for help. Truck was still parked out back. Gas tank was practically empty, which is outrageous considering how much they charge to rent the truck. Not only that, but the dolly and furniture mats I paid for were not in the truck either. Absolute shit customer service.

This is a run down place ran by a group of kids. Simple customer service is non existent, you’re a number assigned to a vehicle number. Do not expect to be treated like they appreciate your business and appreciate you chose them to do business with.

I returned the truck with my wife entered the equipment return area and a man started yelling at me to drive to the front so I did. I was then inside standing with my wife who had they keys sitting on a stack of boxes the same man had came in and was talking to a mother customer and employee the customer asked the employee a question and the man started yelling I’m the assistant manager and what I say goes. He walked to us slightly moved my wife grabbed the keys and said I will check you in. He went out for around five minutes returned to me and said you are all good. I informed the man the A/C quit working about Blythe California and he may want to check it out (about 200 miles away) the man said they all do that when you get to Arizona. For an assistant manager that was the worst customer service I have ever had. I will not return to that U-Haul.

After wasting 2 hours of moving time from the first pick-up location and customer service having to move my pick-up location to a Chandler address, they seen my frustration and were able to get me in and out in matter of ten minutes. I maybe out 200 extra dollars to pay movers for not doing anything because I wasn’t able to retrieve the first rental from the first location like I was suppose to, the job was completed yesterday. Thanks Chandler location.

Ok, so I really appreciate the use of the remotes, but when I request the use of one, and come to find that it doesn't even work, and return it to be fixed and have not had it in my possession or able to use it until the next time I return to storage and pick it up from office, then I don't believe that I should be charged anything on the last bill I paid unless of course what I paid was a prepayment and will be free and clear on my last month, owing $0.00 balance, which no one could advise me of.

The mobile check in was terrible. It took me over an hour to get the truck, then they gave the wrong password to collect the key, so I had to call in, but the tech who helped me on the phone was great. Drop off process was simple and the gentleman was very nice. I will utilize this store again but will never do the mobile process. Too flawed

This is the third vehicle I am having a hitch put on so I can haul my e bikes on my traveling adventures. Seeing the national parks on e bikes is a wonderful experience. The manager as well as the installers were very helpful and very focused on making sure my experience here was a good one. As noted, This is the third install on my third car purchase in the past 5 years. They were able to install on a Ford focus as well as my latest two Kia Sedona. I am very pleased with the install and the installers. Made the process ez and stress free.

Very easy truck rental. Multiple agents behind the counter so there were three of us being helped at the same time and no wait. How nice! Return was very easy. Again, multiple UHaul people were working the returns line and came out to me immediately. Very pleasant experience.
