I was given a gift card for my birthday so wanted to get a new perfume. I was greeted with slight smiles but nothing else. I had no idea where I was going because I truly don't go into ulta like ever. I give total tomboy vibes and looked lost like pre devils wear Prada. HELP ME! ? I head to the back and located the perfumes . It was a good amount of people there for a Saturday morning at about 1030am. About 5 other ladies also smelling perfumes unattended. Once they left, I was the only one still smelling, trying to find something. Instead of asking me if I needed help, I had a shadow. Ya know when you are the only ✊? in the store. It was giving that. Mind you, the perfume section already has visual TV surveillance and like 4 cameras, so I can see me seeing me shop ? but was being watched by a teen. GTFOOH! It was a bit annoying ? ? if only I could smell online. I wouldn't come back to spend my own money . This store made me feel uncomfortable and awkward with the cashier. But the Valentino travel will do.

The store was nice and clean but the transaction at the cashier with Amanda was unfortunately not so great with both my friend and I. By the time my card went through, she said "have a nice day" in a flat tone very quickly proceed by "you can go" without even giving me my bag... my friend got the same experience. i usually don't leave negative reviews but this sadly made me mad.

If I could give less stars I would . I don’t know why I keep returning to this location. The service is lacking and product that I use seems to been rarely in stock. Of course the discounts don’t apply to most items . Today however was the last time for me . Amanda who was the cashier was the last straw for me. I thought the price of an item was on clearance and had asked an associate who seemed to confirm the price . it didn’t ring up on clearance . Asked Amanda about it and was told no it’s not and clearance items are at another spot in the store. . She call her manager and I went to get a pic of the pricing . It came back not being on clearance I told her no thanks I don’t want them.I said it should have been more clear and I was disappointed that this seems to be the norm for this store . Her attitude was rude and condescending. She finished the transaction … before I could use my $10 off . Told her I wasn’t done had the coupon she told me that it’s not her job to ask if I have the coupon . Then continues to make commits OMG I’m not doing this ect.. Yes I had a gift card and it took me longer and that made her more upset . I have another gift card and $100 points to use truly after that I’m done . The customer is not always right but the employee doesn’t have to be a rude /condescending .

I just wanna start off by saying worst experience ever, first my sister’s and I were just shopping around and followed by multiple employees especially the manger her name is Kelsey with red/orange hair wearing glasses. The employees as well kept eyeing us making us feel uncomfortable and discriminated, Kelsey would purposely follow us and and look over and tell her coworkers something I get it I worked in retail I know protocols, I guess they thought we were stealing and by the time we were done when we had walked out there was police officers at the store. Anyways next time Kelsey don’t assume something just because my sister accidentally held the package the wrong way, humiliate us, and follow us. I won’t be going to this ulta ever again and filing a complaint!

OMG I ll be going to Sephora next time. Just left Ulta and I will not be going back. First they put the registers at the back of the store. Couldn't find a assistant in store and when I did, they were no help. So I'm at register and they hit me with the credit card application thing, she 20%off of purchase. My response was, Only if you get 20% off. Workers says yes so I did it then she didn't want to give me my 20% after I hadn't approved. The worker should be listened to what customers say. The whole experience sucked .

Very disappointed here. I was shopping look for a men's fragrance and I kept having different staff check on me and saying they can put the fragrance at the front desk for me while I shop as if I was going to steal. Felt very discriminated and uncomfortable that I decided to just leave and go to a different location.

The facility itself needs to be audited by a health inspector. The plumbing/septic system is so rancid, it penetrates the entire venue. Ruining the entire shopping experience. Ulta likely has a legal case against the landlord, or their employees against the landlord, solely on the poor conditions this venue offers to patrons and employees.
