I wanted to print a label, usually they would tell you to send them your label via email and they’ll print it on their end.But the person working asked me to use the computer to print it and they’re no options other than to use a usb (who uses flashes to store things anymore?), and to log in to my personal email on a public computer, which can cause a huge security breach.I was charged 5$ for just opening that dusty computer and will probably never see that money back.It’s safe to say that I left without printing my prepaid label to return my package. :)

Rude & Horrible customer service & dirty/creepy store. Came in to quickly print 10 colored copies and was told to use their computer. Logged in and was charged $2 before learning that I could only print from a usb. Waste of time & money. The person working there was rude when I asked for help he said “too bad my system is having problems”.

I put in a same day print request for 500 Business cards to be ready 10/31/2022 . Got the alert they were ready. I go in on 11/2/22 and they had this little tiny stack waiting. I told him it was supposed to be for 500 he called his boss and said he will redo for 11/4/22 pickup. Just called 11/3/22 and was told he has to check and get back to me. He told me the online orders do not show them all the order details. You may want to fix that! To make me now wait a week with uncertainty is puzzling since you still have my payment. Not happy with this lack of service.

This location is awful. No one is ever kind. Stuff takes so long to register in the system once you drop off (sometimes days) it's my closest and usually go to a further one. Worth the drive. I have tried this place time after time waiting for improvement and never does. Feel bad for the one nice girl there who has to deal with all the rude guys.

Employees and the owner are not very knowledgeable about their basic business. I've used UPS stores for all my mailing and shipping needs across the country and this place is the worst. They mailed my package to me from me so I paid them to send me a package from myself. Also they don't give you your arrived shipped items when you ask for them I've had to go back on several occasions to pick up packages that were already there but they're too lazy or just don't care to grab packages when you're actually standing in the store.

The hours online and on the door are incorrect. Showed up Sunday between 10-3 and they were closed. Disappointing to say the least

Needed to print a return label which he had no problem doing but neglected to tell me there was a cost for it. These private owned franchises are a bit ridiculous. And unforthcoming. Luckily I don't live in this area or have to frequent this location often.

Had to mail off a package as my suitcase was full and didn't want to have to carry it with me through the airport. Found this location on Google as it was the closest to my friend's apartment. As I arrived there was very little parking in this parking lot which was kind of annoying since I did have a heavy Box. However a spot came open near the ice shop at the last minute. I was able to park right out front and get my package inside the store. As for this particular UPS store. I was frustrated that there was only one person working and the line got pretty long because there was only 1 person working. Now the root of the line being so long was not really due to a UPS issue, it was due to a Amazon return. When I say Amazon return I mean to say a woman with 20 different Amazon returns, nothing in packages and not having her return image ready for each item. So it kind of boils down that the UPS worker should have kind of corrected this person and said get your stuff in order and then I will assist you assist you however instead he made a bunch of clients that were waiting to spend money shipping through UPS. I probably waited 15 minutes to mail off one package that was ready to go. I almost left I almost left but I really enjoy the ease of the UPS tracking app over the United States Post Office tracking program. Finally the worker did my Box and the woman still had 10 more packages to go I just feel bad that he didn't rain this lady in sooner. I'll. I like the convenience of being able to drop off Amazon stuff at UPS but at a certain point you have to make UPS customers the priority when you have people that are not prepared to return their items.
