Would not take my Amazon return without the plastic Amazon bag that had been torn into to open and thrown away. Item was already in a different plastic bag but they refused it.

The worst UPS experience ever! After standing at the counter for 5 plus minutes, a male employee came over. I said hi, he wouldn't respond. I asked him a question, he wouldn't respond. Nor would he look at me. I had no clue if he heard me, as he did not respond. I didn't know if he even spoke. Since he never said anything. I asked him, do you speak. He never looked at me or replied.Another customer was watching, shaking his head. I handed the employee my amazon returns. He threw about 3 of them on the floor. At the end, I asked for a receipt. He threw a receipt at me and walked away. I asked his name, he finally spoke and said he didn't have a name. Then told me to leave, they were closed. I said, I will leave once you give me the other receipts. He started yelling at me and told me to leave. He also stated he hopes I report him..The other employee came over. She also refused to give me his name, but did give me some of my receipts. I actually felt sorry for her, as she was put in the middle and didn't know what to do. Once again, another customer watched.

Horrible customer service if I could leave a negative star recommendation I would! I called twice and spoke to both store employees that were currently working they both confirmed fingerprint services was available and the price. I arrive to the store not to mention I’m handicapped currently due to an injury an hour and 30 minutes before it closes; I arrived 45 minutes before the store closes and the employee refused to do fingerprints due to the fact that they already started closing things up and had disconnected the fingerprint machine and had it behind the desk! Then asked if I could come back tomorrow no I can not i took all the proper precautions to make sure this service was available before coming in store I literally called them twice within 20 minutes and got dressed climbed down three flights of stairs on crutches and drove 20 minutes there just to be turned away due to a lack of employee laziness and terrible customer service skills. This happened December 28th 2023 a male and younger female were behind the counter, I did ask the male for his name but do not know how to type it as it is an exotic/unusual/unique name. I would stay away from this location at all costs!!!

I've been a UPS Store mail box customer for over 12 years and shy of 5 years at this location. They need a better process to receive packages in bulk and assign to box renters. Still waiting on a package returned to this location for over 10 business days.. 2 weeks. I am not a fan of calling them, but they have not responded to the store email inquiry. Opened a claim with UPS corporate as well in case the driver didn't drop that package off and just did a bulk signature/scan on the drop off.

We just needed to ship gifts for Christmas and all the us postal offices closed hours early the last day of one price shipping. So I end up at this place because it was recommended- very rightly so: this one guy was handling two streams of customers -one with a massive TEMO return and she’d never done one before-he was so fast and courteous to everyone, yes everyone, and managed to fit my boxes into a very efficient one I bought and boom- I was done! It’s not really that much more expensive at all and I left inspired by this guy.

Don't bother. The crew chooses not to answer phones within store hours, don't want to help when you arrive in the store, and honestly the worst type of people working there.

My partner and I came in to drop off wristbands for a concert to be shipped out to its respective party. The shipping labels were insured. We did not have a box to ship them out so the individual assisting us grabbed two small envelopes we handed him the wrist bands in two different bags and instructed him to ship 6 to one address and 2 to another. He grabbed our things and we left. Upon arrival of one of the packages we were notified that the package was switched which would result in 5k we'd have to pay back to the party that order the 6 due to this mistake. I called this location and spoke with several people. I requested to see if they would be able to assist with generating an expedited label to a different location as we were able to connect with the party that received the extra wristbands. I contacted the store to hopefully get this addressed and spoke with Ryan the store manager. When I shared what happened he simply said yeah its a he said she said situation. I explained that it was not and the individual that we handed the items to was shown exactly where things were supposed to be sent. I asked wether the location had cameras that they could look at to verify as their negligence and lack of accountability will cost 5k to which Ryan said I cant disclose that! (which is odd how does a mail store not have cameras?) I asked if they would honor at least a shipping label to get this sent back he said I can sell it to you. I asked for the store owners information which Ryan would not provide as he stated he is the only person I would be speaking to regarding this. At first I was hoping that they would at least try to make this right, but after further thought seeing how poorly they handled this situation I do not trust them with any package moving forward. And to the store owner Peter, save the comments and implement some change. Being a small business owner is HARD however you have a track record and the reviews speak volumes I hope this is a wake up call to either change how you treat your customers or close your business as it provides 0 value and has resulted in several people having to pay for your mistakes. And a great lesson for others I hope they read these reviews and are careful! I would way rather go to a different local store where the owner shows accountability and does right by his customers.
