This place needs new management. We've gotten so much misinformation in the past 5 months with our mail service but this one tops it. We called this location for days last week to get our mail forwarded and they didn't answer the phone or return our voicemails.We called the other stores in the area and they had no clue why they weren't answering. They are under different management. I paid to have my mail Tuesday morning to be delivered to TX in time before a big storm. I paid for the shipping Tuesday morning, was told it would ship out that day, and we'd recieve a tracking number. We called later Tuesday and several times Wednesday, and this morning was told tracking number was sent on Tuesday. Recieved a receipt after calling AGAIN thismorning was told the same thing "... tracking was sent on Tuesday via email" just to get a receipt that it was processed an hr ago. It hasn't even shipped. I spoke with the manager and got an apology but I had to ask for it to be expedited. This unfortunately was important and this storm could take out our electricity and keep us in for several days. Unfortunately it was my updated bank card and Now i will not have food or water or anything because their negligence. The manager said he's "broke as hell too" and somehow that's suppose to make me feel better. What is happening to these companies? They don't care at all about their customers. Don't they know they wouldn't have a company without their customers. Absolutely Trash! Don't do business here. Go own the street to the offices that answer the dang phone!

Sent email and called three times because I had a question regarding a notary. Nobody at this ups has the professional courtesy to return my messages. You need to change your business strategy and actually communicate with customers. You can't simply rely on the outrageous price hikes on small strips of tape "stick" to an honest approach instead. Pun intended.

Everyone is nice, but yes, do not come without tape. They will charge you 1.99 plus tax to tape anything. My box was small and only needed less than 6" of tape.

The manager said that he was going to charge me $1.99 to tape my small bag up. I said that’s expensive for small amount of tape and he replied well take cost a lot. Rude older balding man and I will never go to that UPS Store again. When I walked out I saw more ppl coming in with similar packages. He’s robbing us for they are individually owned. It’s a little excessive

I called ahead to verify a notary was available & was told “yes”. I arrived 5 minutes later to be told they had No notary. When I explained I called ahead the response was “don’t know what to tell you!” Needless to say we will not be using this location in the future. Save yourself the inconvenience!

AVOID! Rented a mailbox, the first time I visited they had someone elses mail in there. Second time they rented my box to someone else!

My package WAS NOT delivered in 3-5 business days as I wanted to be delivered, I payed $113.47 No UPS associate told me that this will be shipped through USPS and not UPS. Not fair at all. There were consequences on my side because my documents were not delivered on time.I want my money back.

Says they're open till 3p on Saturday and Sunday. I've tried 2p both days and the door is locked at 2p. Update your hours or just close this location!!
