Happened a few months ago but I thought I'd review today. Come to find there are tons of 1 star reviews. Based on my own experience, they're probably all true and not just some group trashing this UPS. My situation was also with someone who appeared to be a manager too since he was older and other employees deferred to him. I was talking to a younger employee and he kept chiming in with his quick quips to answer my question but in like an almost rude way like I'm dumb for even asking. After I leave, I had one more question so I came back like 1 minute later, he was helping someone else and I tried to ask him the question and he basically shut me out. He ignored me for like 20 mins as I waited for him to finish with his customer. I mean, if you spoke to someone prior, you can ask them a simple question right? Finally I couldn't stand it anymore and spoke up and he tried to embarrassed me in front of everyone and acted like I wanted to cut the line. So yea, the manager here is rude on purpose. Those 1 star reviews are probably true. Few people talked like him so if you've met him I bet you'll know. Fast talking, annoying quips.

Stay clear of this store, my T-mobile phone return was stolen by someone from the store. Manager was rude and very, very unprofessional.

This store has low traffic and easy to get in and out. If there is a line at another location then rush to this one. Great for last minute shipping.

Rude manager. Oliver created a scene in the store like an emotionally and mentally disturbed person out of balance. Tone, conversation and demeanor was entirely unprofessional and blatantly rude and impolite.
Had the account since 2016 and it is unclear why Oliver would have such a reaction or behavior. Anyway, the owner seems like a decent person and it's good to resolve issues directly with the owner because the store manager is inexperienced with professional communications, interaction and conflict resolution.
Note: Mail is received on a timely basis. This is a good point about this UPS store.
