Horrible Service!!! Will never visit this location again…I was there for fingerprinting the horrible actitud gentleman took my DL and Passport as the 2 forms of ID and left I tried the digital fingerprint by my self for about 30 minutes never came to check to see if I was having problems or to provide any help!! After the 30 minutes he told me they were busy to return on Monday and maybe he could help… I drove an hour to this place for them to tell me to return on Monday… I called Cisive the third party to report UPS store..

This specific UPS Store wanted to charge $220 to ship my package that the UPS Store three miles up the road only charged $120. It's important to note that the UPS online shipping calculator also calculated the shipment at $120. Although the employees at this location are very polite, the store is clean, and the location is convenient, I steer clear because they charge almost double that of the location three miles up the road.

Printed out 4 copies of the commercial invoice, the staff took 2 copies. After three days, received an email saying a delay was caused due to the missing invoice.

I went to this store to get a document notarized. I have gone to this particular UPS store by Safeway on Alma School for the past 14 yrs. Two employees working the back. Only one notary of the two. When I told the employee I needed a document notarized. He pointed to the other young gentleman and said he was the notary on duty. The notary put his hands on his head, shook his head back and forth, used a chopping motion to the other employee and said no more notarizations today, we have too many boxes to handle in the back. I said you have to be kidding me???? “No”, he said, “we are too busy”. There was only one other couple in the store at the time and one coming in. I told both of them I was a long time customer and would be last visit for me at this store. Very unprofessional. The kids these days just don’t understand multitasking, customer loyalty, and pride in one’s own job. Never had a problem there before even in the busiest of times, but won’t be coming back to this store. As a long time customer, I did not feel valued.

I had an appointment at 2:00 today for notary services that required me bringing 2 other non related witnesses with me to have it all notarized . When I showed up with my witnesses (pretty hard to get 3 peoples schedules coordinated ) and when I arrive I was told the notary was busy today and wasn't doing any notary's. I then said I have an appointment at 2:00 he said ok and went back to the notary. The notary then came out and said no he can't do it today that I can come back tomorrow!! That is unacceptable. No prior notice that they needed to reschedule or anything. This is completely non reliable and I would not recommend trusting them with important documents .
