I called to see cost of color copies. Told .69 each. Pickup and there was an additional $3.00 email charge. Seriously. Please when someone calls for price, please provide all the costs.

This is officially the worse store I have ever been in!! Unhelpful, rude and disrespectful. I went in twice with a package the first time was told it needed to be in a none see through bag and needed a home printed label. Totally on me, so I politely went back and packed it in a no see through bag and stuck a label on the package. Went back to store and the child behind the counter laughed and said it company policy it needs to be in a box or shipping grade bag. I explained that’s not what the guy next to her said ten minutes prior. Oh well that’s on you for not understanding. This will be the last time I come in this store. Thanks for making it difficult for the job you’re paid to do as third party collections center!!!

(6/2: gave this place a second try, and the front counter girl was so rude and unhelpful!!! Like I said to them, it's my fault for coming in!!)
I used to come here all the time, but ever since new management took over.The customer service has just really gone downhill. The one girl that works up front is so so slow. No one ever seems like they are in a rush to help customers out. Even if there's a line with 5 plus people behind me. The only consistent person I've ever had. There is the tall blonde with short hair. I used to come here all the time and the haven't used them for all of my printing and shipping needs which is easily $500/mnth minimum but now I only come here if I absolutely have to like today

Poor customer service, bunch of kiddos working and don’t want to take any responsibility.
They don’t even boxes to Ship out laptops, what’s the point in maintaining a store.

I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store on Chandler Heights and Gilbert! The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient. Whether I’m shipping packages, getting documents notarized, or using their printing services, they always go above and beyond to help.
The store is well-organized, clean, and runs smoothly even during busy hours. I appreciate how quickly they handle everything while still taking the time to answer any questions. Their packaging services are top-notch, ensuring that my shipments arrive safely.

Excellent customer service at this locations! I am there each week having signs printed and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I like the way they greet each one of us as we walk in the door. The store has a great community feeling to it as they recognize the regulars.

I got there at 2:56 sunday and got my small package return for Amazon out of the car. Went to the door and it was locked. People inside said they were close. The door even said 3.pm. Horrible customer service for a simple package drop that would have been completed by the time you actually close.
Thanks for your response. Pretty much makes it clear the level of customer service you get here. If the door is being closed and locked as a customer walking up shows how much you care about the customer. FedEx will have my business from now on. If you have employees clock watching it really says a ton about your establishment.

Easy access location, very busy parking lot, employees seem to have more bad days than good. Not many smiles in reply to anything, about as much customer service as a character from the damn game of life.
4 stars because they provide so many different services.

Charging $3 just to email a document for printing is wild! Never expected such a high fee for a simple task. Disappointed.

The notary in this location is not performing her service according to Arizona law. It is now up to the Secretary of State's office to decide. They treat their customers like sheep and get upset when the customer asks questions. As clear from the response, the business owner does not understand the notary manual. Language comprehension implies that my signature and her seal must be in English, not the signed document. A notary has no business reading the customers' documents. A notary witnesses and certifies the signature, not the document. This is what the Secretary of State's Office Notary Division told your notary. The same manual, pg 16, states, "A notary public cannot refuse notarization of a document." And a notary is supposed to perform her duties according to Arizona law, not according to her manager's directions. I have a snapshot of the response to update my complaint, which will help him comprehend the manual.

Just stood in a 10 minute line because the person working there decided it was more important to call someone and walk to the back than help the 5 people lined up. Faith needs to desperately work on her customer service skills.

Would not recommend for passport photos. I am not using the photo, and they refused a refund, saying, "It is not our policy to ask for customers to approve the photo." Will not be back to this store.
