Would not recommend for passport photos. I am not using the photo, and they refused a refund, saying, "It is not our policy to ask for customers to approve the photo." Will not be back to this store.

Best Ups Store hands down! Amazing service, friendly people, and great prices. Since the new owner this place has taken a great turn and every experience is as good as the last.

Excellent UPS store! I needed some documents faxed and notarized or witnessed and they had no one to notarize and would not sign as a witness, even though I have an account with them.So I went to this store near Bashas. I can tell this store is a more organized and have more options. Their mailbox yearly rates are lower. When my box needs to renewed I might just switch to this location.

I don’t see any signage lights for this location is a suprise for first timers . Amazon returns are taken here, but every-time I get new set of rules to be followed on packaging is one more suprise element for me .

Been using this store since it was built. I have a mailbox here. Since new management took over a few years back I've had to deal with numerous mistakes. Misplaced packages and the last incident was mislabeled mail that I dropped off to be shipped. I usually send out through USPS. I had the address on my package to be sent out and the employee somehow messed up the address horribly. My mistake was not catching it after I saw what looked like the employee copy it from what I had written down. Of course the blame was placed on me for not catching the mistake. Just be careful, especially if you mail items out as a business. You have to double check everything they do. They had a chance to make it right but refused, because I should have caught the employees mistake. I've been just dealing with these mistakes and hoping it would get better for too long with no relief.

Always good, employees are great. The only reason I don't like coming here is because the other customers there are usually really rude, especially to the employees. Every time.

Had an item from Amazon but I took to the UPS store to ship back. Amazon assured me it was for free. The UPS store charged me anyway. Amazon then reimbursed me explaining that the UPS store shouldn't have charged me. I honestly don't think I've ever had a good experience with a UPS store.

Returns for Amazon they are not helpful and it's not convenient for customers. Dropping off at Kohl's was much easier.

As others have said, this place has AWFUL customer service. It's not just one issue/time, so no need for specifics. It's ALL the time, regardless of the nature of the business. The one lady, who I presume is the owner (taller white lady)ALWAYS has an attitude. No smile, no welcoming feeling, no thanking. Just plain rude! I've tried to return an Amazon package three times now and there's always some issue that seems made up, after I've clearly read the instructions. I think a lot of this attitude is that they likely don't make a lot of money from the Amazon returns and then try to upsell you on things like tape, boxes, etc. I finally took my return elsewhere and it was immediately accepted, as is, so doesn't seem likely that the issue was mine. And the issues certainly aren't everyone else's who have written a bad reviews. This many people cannot be wrong about the same problems at this location. This Dan guy, who is replying to many of these reviews, seems more concerned with fighting the customers and proving a point than correcting obvious issues. What owner tells customers to not come back? That's insane! Plus, his grammar, in replying to these reviews, is very poor, so that explains a lot about him. He's obviously uneducated and unable to coherently ascertain what the problems are, like a responsible business owner should. Stop making excuses and fix your rude staff!!!!

Customer service is horrible. 3 different times in a row they act as if they're doing me a favor by getting my business. Full of attitude and not very friendly. Giving 2 stars because at least they get the job done. Just not a fan of the people working here.

Jeff and Stephanie were amazing when they owned this store! Now that they sold the business, rarely do you come across a friendly associate. But, because it is so convenient in proximity to my home I have used the "kill them with kindness" technique and sucked it by still frequenting their store. Today I went in as I have done for years with a packaged and pre paid labeled baseball bat that I sold on EBay and was refused service because "they didn't have space" to accept it. I told her that for years I have brought in the exact some box with the exact same type label and have never been refused service. Miss you Jeff and Stephanie! I will not be returning to this UPS store unfortunately.

I was having trouble sending a fax and no one can seem to help me. Cameron.Mokdad greeted me and refunded my transaction for the failed fax. Then he offered to scan it and email it to me as a PDF. He took it upon himself to provide excellent customer service and made this stress-free for me. Cameron should be recognized for his excellent customer service and professionalism, and because of him I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you Cameron for making my day just that much easier. You have a bright future ahead.

Came in with some large splitters for a car and Gio was super patient and helpful. Honestly, work ethic like he has is unfortunately uncommon these days. Really enjoyed the entire transaction!! Thanks so much!So once again, I needed to ship a large package and didn’t have the box or packaging. I was relieved to work with Elizabeth who did nothing but help me get everything put together as soon as possible! It was a great customer service experience, she even called after I left to double check an address adjustment. Much appreciated because shipping stores can definitely be a mix of different levels of service!
