I had a wonderful experience at this UPS store right when I walked in I was tired, dropping things and Sadie who waited on me and help me out made me feel so good. She smiled. She was patient told me take my time. She helped me return all my items. It’s really nice when young kids go above and beyond she was raised right and I am real happy to come back to this UPS store again.

Elisabeth in particular made this into a good experience. I’ve had bad experiences with shipping via UPS in the past, especially when trying to do everything myself online, navigating the vagaries of shipping options and rules. She made this much more palatable, worked hard to get me the packaging I needed, and overall displayed an exemplary customer service oriented attitude. UPS may yet get my business back.
