I use this location as a drop off point for package deliveries. Package shows scanned by UPS at store and ready for pickup but they claim to not have the package and are of no help. Since this is Saturday, the owner won’t be available to connect until Monday to figure out where my package is that they received 4 days ago.

From the min I walked in. The service was on point. I had my package pre-labeled. The attendant was quick to explain the process. He was courteous and kind. Smiled. I was in and out probably less than 5min.

Slow, don't have the intend to help customers but keep doing print and notary jobs for hours, because that gets more bucks. Bad customer service. Not to mention work parking space here.

People taking 45 minutes to ship things with only 1 person working the line started going out the door. I left and came back and they were still taking up the clerks time. He didn't break to help other customers with things that take 0 time.

Two times now I have attempted to drop off packages towards the end of the day, at least 5-10 minutes before they were supposed to close, and the door was already locked. My packages were even all labeled and ready to go! I knocked on the door and pointed to my already labeled packages, and the guy at the counter (who was standing there helping someone else) just shook his head no. And when the lady he was helping walked out as I was getting into my car, she said the door had been locked since almost a quarter til when she got there, and he didn't want to let her in either but eventually did. If you're going to close the store 10-15 minutes before you're actually supposed to close, then maybe change your hours on your website to reflect that so I don't waste my time driving over here!

This store has the worst customer service and they tried to sell me their overpriced boxes and packaging materials. They made excuses saying it is their ups policy which is unreasonable that I brought a strong box that they say not good enough.I went to other FedEx center and I was able to ship my box as is without all these nonsense up-selling and rudeness from the staff. I do not recommend anyone going to this UPS store. Their store manager is absolutely worst and clueless.

Somehow my Amazon return never made it from this store back to Amazon. Of course it's been over a month, the receipt was trashed when I got my refund. But since it never made it back, I got charged for the item again. Amazon says sorry about your luck, store staff says sorry about your luck. Hope whomever snagged it enjoys it. Won't return

I brought a package to the store early Mon morning, to be shipped to my mom for Mother's Day. They said it would go UPS and be delivered Thu. After she didn't receive it, we discovered that it didn't even leave the store until Wed, went USPS and got to my mom late. Totally not ok.

I've been beyond impressed and thankful for the exceptional customer service and friendliness of the staff. I look forward to stopping by to check my mail because the staff are always helpful and welcoming. These qualities matter to me because I value human kindness. You guys are amazing! :-)

Beyond over priced - beware of what you touch, pick up a pencil and you'll be charged. $4 to print 1 page black n white. Shameful. Don't believe me, check the other reviews!

We’ll color me stupid! I dropped off a home internet device, picked up my receipt and was on my way...easy, right? Well the package is now lost. A few days later we returned 6 Amazon packages...you guessed it, LOST!DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Associate’s reply, we just put things in a box, UPS lost it, not us. Gee, thanks.
