This branch has been a nightmare for me to deal with. I’ve ask for help on several accounts over the last 4 months and instead the manager Jackie Deaner closed my accounts for no real reason. Instead of informing me of this information, the business banker Carol Shandera just blocks my phone number. They charge ridiculous amounts of overdraft fees, as well as account closure fees. They refuse to wave fees as a bank error even when you prove it to them. There isn’t much customer service.Back to Wells Fargo I go…

This branch has been a nightmare for me to deal with. They refuse to wave fees as a bank error even when you prove it to them. There isn't much customer service... Update: I had a phone call with a Leslie Rocha the "Southeast territory manager" today. Although a very unhelpful person, she was not rude like Jackie Deaner, but was still unable to get anywhere. I was able to express the frustrations that occurred. She was unwilling to fix any issues and problems that did occur including the Fraudulent Accounts opened without my permission. I will not be back to US Bank at anytime in the future. This review will stay until US Bank chooses to fix these many issues they have caused.

The manager and staff here are all extremely helpful but some department has had my account locked for over a week. I can't withdraw money and my direct deposit, well I'm not sure where that is. The manager has gone out of her way to help me but they have even restricted her ability to unlock my account.

Huge shoutout to Corey at this US Bank location. I had to fix an issue with Zelle this morning. He took the time to assist me and figured out the issue. Corey also was able to help me open up a new credit card to help consolidate my debt. Don’t hardly ever have to make a trip in, but when I do I’ll be looking for Corey for the assistance. Thanks!

It's just the epitome of American customer service. Unhelpful, unwilling to problem solve, and no interest in providing a pleasant experience.It's a very "This is what I do and all I can do attitude."A complete waste of brick and mortar.

US Bank makes their money off overdraft fees. They exploit the poor, awful bank. I am on one income supporting a wife and 4 kids, they have absolutely killed me in overdraft fees. It is ridiculous.

Today ANTHONY is my Shoutout human!!! Anthony is professional, awesome and quick as I was in a bit of a rush trying to get in and out as I needed to get to work. Anthony was great with my transitions, verifying and confirming everything. Anthony deserves a raise!!! This entire staff are awesome and are welcoming upon entrance. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE DIVERSITY here as well!!! Makes everyone feel welcomed There's plenty of free parking, food and shopping in the area. Please note that, they have changed their business hours to better accommodate us humans which is awesome for those of us who have a hard time coming during our own business hours. You guys ROCK this week and I'm looking forward to you all rocking again next week.

Kudos to Jesus, much appreciation for making our transaction so quick! Your professionalism is top notch! Please make this young man a leader in your area, much deserving! He accomplished what was told to us, by a branch manager on Baseline , couldn't be done. All we wanted to do was pay off a loan. Again, thank you Jesus Torres!!!

“Boss Lady” was so wired she couldn’t sit still and listen to what I was there for and could only ask questions that had nothing to do with what I was there for and finally gave me her answer of “I don’t know”.

Went in an hour before closing to settle an account and the woman at the front said they were under staffed and couldn't help me today. No one was in the entire bank except for the staff. She seemed to be irriatrd with me the second I walked up. Don't recommend this location. This was after I got off the phone with us bank and they told me to go to a location.

The banker made a mistake when opening our account, which caused the account to be closed. Now, two trips back to get the account reopened and still not progress. We were told the account is flagged so only one person can work on it and they are not there. This is the same person who has been "working on it" for two weeks now. We are going to have to take more time out of our schedule for a 3rd visit due to their mistake, yet it is costing me time. I've been a US Bank customer almost 30 years and this completely unacceptable.
