This branch has been a nightmare for me to deal with. I've ask for help on several accounts over the last 4 months and instead the manager of this branch - Jackie Deaner closed my accounts for no real reason. Instead of informing me of this information, the business banker Carol Shandera, just blocks my phone number. They charge ridiculous amounts of overdraft fees, as well as account closure fees. They refuse to wave fees as a bank error even when you prove it to them. There isn't much customer service... Update: I had a phone call with a Leslie Rocha the "Southeast territory manager" today. Although a very unhelpful person, she was not rude like Jackie Deaner, but was still unable to get anywhere. I was able to express the frustrations that occurred. She was unwilling to fix any issues and problems that did occur including the Fraudulent Accounts opened without my permission. I will not be back to US Bank at anytime in the future. This review will stay until US Bank chooses to fix these many issues they have caused.

Today ANTHONY is my Shoutout human!!! Anthony is professional, awesome and quick as I was in a bit of a rush trying to get in and out as I needed to get to work. Anthony was great with my transitions, verifying and confirming everything. Anthony deserves a raise!!! This entire staff are awesome and are welcoming upon entrance. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE DIVERSITY here as well!!! Makes everyone feel welcomed There's plenty of free parking, food and shopping in the area. Please note that, they have changed their business hours to better accommodate us humans which is awesome for those of us who have a hard time coming during our own business hours. You guys ROCK this week and I'm looking forward to you all rocking again next week.

They shredded my card because the atm ate it while I was still there. The manager is non helpful and rude, quite possibly stupid

This location has terrible management. The woman in charge is demeaning, moody, and unhelpful. I only use this bank for minor transactions and use Capital One for large ones. They need a lesson in customer service. At least the manager does. This woman needs to change her attitude.

Really good place but as a little convoluted getting into the parking lot. The people are very friendly and helpful.
