Listen, I'm honestly fuming right now. It's completely unacceptable that after all these years with your service, you're basically ripping me off compared to new customers. It's downright infuriating. You're charging me triple the cost then of a new customer. You're taking advantage of the fact that I can't easily switch. And when I called customer service they straight up told me that they'd rather have people moving in and out of the units then someone that has paid on time and a regular for years.

Matthew gave us the best service we have ever had!! We have been here at this location for years and never had any problems, but he went above and beyond with us to ensure we were happy and taken care of. Great manager, clean location, and amazing pricing.

Megan and Matthew provided excellent service. They were thorough and very helpful. This is the first storage company I've used where they told me in advance what the rate increase will be after the promotion ends. Like I said its a first and I'm a big fan, on top of the Great price.

This morning I came to store after signing up for a new storage unit online. Matthew was so helpful, he explained everything so thoroughly that I don’t have a single question. Everything is super clean. The facility is nice and cool and now I’m super excited to move my things in. Thank you for your help Matthew.

Mathew was extremely helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. He made sure I was well informed about the move in process and Stor Quest policies. The maintenance staff was also friendly and helpful. The storage buildings are well taken care of and extremely clean. The price of the units are affordable and not over priced

The climate controlled facility is clean and access is easy even on the second floor. The staff is nice and helpful and I feel safe when accessing the building after hours
