I’ve had a total of three ultrasounds. The front office staff is always nice. My first two techs were amazing. They were both very kind, and sweet. My latest ultrasound tech was rude and subtly insulting. I came into the office excited and left slightly upset by my tech. Overall, I was not impressed by her sarcasm, or demeanor. Next time I will be requesting one of the other two techs before I book.

Three stars because the billing office and scheduling is below par. They scheduled me for the wrong type of ultrasound the first time after I took off PTO to be there. The first ultrasound I paid cash and they charged me more than they quoted. Then the second time they way under quoted by like $400 dollars. I left a message for billing and it's been 16 days with no callback. I will say my ultrasound tech was lovely. But I'm happy I won't be returning to this office.

This company is shameful. I was billed by a doctor that barely interacted with me on a triage visit. My bill was paid in full. I kept receiving the same bill and come to find out that they misplaced my insurance’s check.They found the check sitting in their office, finally ran it months later. Then six months later, I receive the same bill…again. I was told it was “an error” and they even sent my insurance a proof of payment document. Not even a week later, I receive a collections notice for this same bill that was paid over six months ago.I have proof of payment, because they sent it when my insurance requested to be reassured that they actually did their job and ran the payment. Maybe they need to send themselves that same proof of payment letter?

So unimpressed with this office. I'm halfway through my pregnancy and it's been a nightmare coming here. If it weren't for Dr. Stephanie Martin I would've left a loooong time ago. Every single appointment I've scheduled here Ashley has had to call and reschedule because the girl up front schedules it wrong and it's not like they get you back in quickly. Not to mention no one in this office is sympathetic in the slightest. I had to fight to get what I wanted every time when I am PAYING for these services. They give me a headache every time I go here. I dread this office and can't wait to have my baby and be done with them!

Erin was absolutely amazing!!! She is the best US tech ever! She is an expert! All my questions were answered after 11 weeks of no answers! I couldn’t be happier!!

Ladies at the front desk are horrible! I scheduled my appointment for 9:30am and I’m getting there at 925 and they say oh your appointment was at 9am ! They need to make sure they tell the patient what time the appointment is exactly how the f am I suppose to know my appointment for consultation was at 9:30 and u/s at 9 if they didn’t tell me!!!!! What a waste of gas and time!!! I hate this office and wish I didn’t have to come here!

They don't allow toddlers without a 2nd adult & never told me that until I showed up for my appointment. Isn't that something that should get mentioned WHEN I MAKE MY APPOINTMENT????

A lot of these recent reviews are so bad I'm surprised because my experience was great! I went in as a referral by my OB due to the twins and the doctors were so transparent into what type of high risk pregnancy I had, it had me be prepared for what could happened. All the techs were so friendly and good bedside manner. I loved that the ultrasound photos were electronic as it was easy to share with my family - the physical copies always get damaged somehow. I recall I did have an issue with trying to reschedule and saw the reviews about not able to reach anyone over the phone. After listening to the prompts, if you select the expected prompt to reach someone for appointments, no one answers however, if you select a different prompt (I believe it's options 2, then 6 then select location option), you always reach someone in the office and I've never been on hold for a crazy amount of time. Also the text never works so don't try it.

This place is absolutely terrible, I do not recommend going.We were referred by our primary midwife and boy these guys can't get paperwork or anything squared away to even start an appointment.I'm ultimately skipping this and further ultrasounds to avoid working with them any further. Definitely find somewhere else.

Not sure who my ultrasound tech today was (as I was way too angry to remember to ask) but she laughed upon me talking about my pregnancy loss. I don't see what was funny as the entire ordeal was very traumatic and heartbreaking for my family and myself (without getting into all the details). But thanks for thinking it was soo damn funny!

Have came here with all 3 of my pregnancies and its ok service. Some of the ultrasound technicians are better then others. They need to keep things written down in your file so they dont have to keep asking the same questions each and every time you come. I have been through adoption with 2 of my pregnancies and each time the technicians ask how many kids ive had and what their ages are, they always make remarks like "oh wow so you are a busy mom". Its actually tramatizing to have to go through that and hear it over and over again. They also say they try to get cute pictures of the babies face but i am now 33 weeks and have had more then 5 ultrasounds and havnt gotten to see my babies face once. Each time they say its because my baby is in a bad position or when she is in a good one, they arent looking to take a picture. They could be better and do better. Pretty dissapointing.

Sent me to collections because I was making payments as I go on the bill that was over $1000 due to my miscarriage. They don’t treat you like a human they treat you as another dollar bill. Scrupulous practices, inhumane actions would never recommend or come back here.

I have never experienced such poor healthcare services anywhere as I have at Valley Perinatal. You will never be able to speak to an actual person. While they have a central number, no one picks up as a method to discourage patients from calling and instead using their texting system. Being pregnant more importantly having a high risk pregnancy and not being able to contact anyone through the central number or specific office extensions is so discouraging and frustrating for expecting mothers. We cannot be expected to text our appointments and concerns. We need to speak to an actual person to feel as though our services are being cared for. It's a disgrace the way their services are given. I went in for one ultrasound, my tech Teresa and she had terrible bedside manners and would alter office policies to her own discretion. I also arrived at the required time of 7:15am, and the office doors were locked. I tried to contact someone but of course, you're not able to speak with anyone there. In addition, Teresa took it upon herself to schedule my next ultra sound as opposed to verifying with my physician when the next one should actually be. The front desk also was clueless as to when my future appointments should be scheduled even though the order was given to them. It's a shameful way to provide care to individuals that are expecting. I canceled my services here and went to AMOMI for all my services. AMOMI gave me the luxury of speaking to a person, and had wonderful ultrasound techs. Being in healthcare myself, I understand the importance of patient advocacy and care and I would definitely not recommend this place for any healthcare services. Their are plenty of other healthcare offices providing the same services. I would switch immediately!

Just had our level 2 scan here and the experience was amazing. Not sure why people have said the awful things they did in some of the reviews, but we feel completely different. The front desk staff was very friendly during check in. And the ultrasound tech, Erin was AWESOME. She was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable the entire time. She talked us through the entire thing and told us everything that we needed to know. I wish we could use her as our regular OB tech. Highly highly recommend this place and this location.
