My Freightliner had an issue with the DEF temperature sensor. It took them 6 days to fix the problem and I had little to no communication the whole time, minus me contacting them. SUPER EXPENSIVE and they had questionable charges on my bill marker "other" and "miscellaneous". My biggest complaint really is on the customer service, or lack of customer service. Unfriendly staff, god forbid they greet you with a hello or hi how are you, instead it felt like me picking up my truck bothered them. Anyway from the reviews it's looks the grumpy frumpy customer service reps role like this on the daily. Why are you so mad? Long story short, they suck all around

We brought our motorhome in for annual maintenance and were very pleased with the service. Valerie was super friendly and kept us informed on the progress. They went above and beyond with a recall item, valve stem extensions. They also welcomed our dogs into the waiting area and offered water for them. I would highly recommend getting service here.

I got a PM done here when I was driving through Arizona. They fit me in and I was appreciative. I was told my Freightliner M2 had a quick drain valve and they didn't have a means to remove the oil without replacing the part with a standard plug. Well, I guess I have no option. I'll touch back on that after I go down the list of what has gone wrong since. After my service I noticed that my liftgate was no longer working when I used it again. After spending a few hundred dollars on getting it diagnosed, my repair man noticed the cables were neatly sliced in an area tucked away out of sight. My liftgate worked just fine when I dropped off my load before getting serviced. My wiper blade was pushed in a way that the lines were pinched and no fluid would flow. Seems intentional after the list I will continue to go down. I recently had a DPF issue, not related to the service. However, the tech showed me how lose the bolts were on my truck. I don't think it's a coincidence. Last but not least, it's time for my next PM. Cummins Valvoline tells me the drain cap is oversized and leaking fluid. How does Freightliner do this to me on top of charging $500 for an oil change. I don't know if the tech was a racist or just sabotaging to keep business flowing, but this is the worst establishment I've ever been to. I'll be sending this to corporate also. Please stay away from these crooks.

If I could give a zero star I would. Workmanship was terrible. I was referred here by ASAP Mobile RV Repair to locate a problem with the ignition on my motorhome While it was here I had them change the oil and service the generator. They reinstalled the ignition switch sideways, broke the door to my generator compartment and told me I needed to take it to Mesa RV to be repaired at my expense. They jacked up the bill $500.00 from what they said it was when they called to say it was ready! Stay away from this place!

Expensive for covered extended warranty work. We have an extended warranty and one of the items found while doing Preventative Maintenance (PM) work was covered under our warranty. HOWEVER, Velocity Truck Centers' repair work was overpriced and most of the charges not covered by extended warranty. Example: 1.7 Hours to diagnose a leak, 2.2 Hours to Remove and Repair, and 1 Hour Access. (Total: $1,219.40) WOW, that doesn't include the part! The location of the repair was at the rear of the coach, top of rack support, removing a few screws. Extended warranty company paid for 2 Hours. (Total: $250.00). We had to pay $869.40 because neither company would budge and we needed our coach back to get to a commitment. Note: We took our RV there due to an Engine Light on and they work on Freightliners. While we had it there they recommended to perform PM.

We had service done on our RV with a Spartan Warranty issue. They received the part from Spartan, emailed us to set up a time to bring the RV in and started working within minutes of our appointment time. We found the service to be knowledgeable and friendly. We would bring our RV back to them in the future.

Completely botched a rental reservation made 6 weeks in advanced and confirmed, still ended up with no truck. They don't know what they are doing at the Phoenix locations. Was told I'd receive a call from the manager Brandon Phillips. He didn't bother to follow up. Use anyone else, these people don't care.

If you have an RV, this is the place to go for chassis service. Maybe not the least expensive, but definitely the most through and complete facility of its kind in the area. They know how important is for you to get your rig back ASAP and do all they can to make that happen. You generally get service started the same day if parts are available. I have used them several times for service on my Freightliner chassis and Onan generator and always A++. But they now service all makes and models. I have 100% confidence in this company and they will always get my business for servicing the chassis and generator on my motor home. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for a job well done.
