I went y pay my Verizon bill at 1747 Williams Field Road Gilbert Arizona. Verizon sales person Chris Schafer told me he had a deal, he could get me a FREE phone I said nothing is FREE he said totally FREE. when I got my next bill you guessed it I was being billed $17.63 per month for 36 months. The cost of the phone. Stay away from this Verizon store.

After signing up for wireless service and being told I have 2 weeks to cancel. I did just that after realizing that they didn't have coverage where I worked.I mailed back my phone. Called to cancel my service. Was told that everything was taken care of.2 months later I get notified that I have an outstanding bill of over 600 dollars that was sent to collections.My 10 day stint with Verizon costs me hundreds of dollars and negatively impacted my credit score because they didn't honor their cancellation and didn't inform me of the penalties. Will never use or recommend.

My identity was stolen and I found out in March of 2019 by a letter sent to me from Verizon Wireless that someone open an account with Verizon. The lady I talked with said she would send me information on the account and it never happened. After the pandemic they sold the collection to outside agencies. I have a police report and has told 3 collecting companies that it stoled ID. Verizon is one of the highest Fraudulent companies in the phone businesses. Stay away from them. They don't work with you. They just want to open fraud account. If I could give them a zero I would.

First was told 5 to 10 minute wait was 2nd in line. 35minutes later watched 3 people leave for lunch at same time with 2hour plus wait. I walked out and was contacted by management(store and business) they wanted to help. I gave the consent and they said they would take care of it. I got ghosted. Came back a week later 1 day into my billing cycle they said i would have to pay additional $300 for proration because they failed to follow through last week. What a joke. They screw up and try to charge me. 10 lines for years.

Of you need verizon business services- phone line, land line, 5g gateway home internet service. Run do NOT go with Vetizon. if ur having issues and you are with vetizon - go through the BBB services.

Financial services outsourced to India shouldn't be a thing. Trying to talk to someone who barely understands your needs is beyond infuriating. Verizon needs to bring all customer service departments back to the US because trying to accomplish anything is a waste of time with them now

Sinking Ship. Have been a customer for 5 years. Verizon has shot itself in the head. Calls are now out sourced. Wait times are horrible. Call backs may or may not come. Phone arrives not ready for activation. Two weeks of calls and call backs problem not solved. Call this morning customer service answers in another country. Can't get return label except via snail mail because the Verizon site "return" page is the only one that won't load.? This is sheer nonsense. Done!

I lost my iPhone when I was still a customer with TMobil, who made filing a claim so difficult I ended up switching to Verizon because the agent on the chat said I would receive a $500 MasterCard for each line I switched over which was three lines$1500, plus I would get a FREE iPhone 11, AND all accessories are 50% off and since I’m getting a Free phone well Shop, shop shop!Sounds too good to be true-ohhhh yeah!!! My phone arrives with a SIM card, and an extra SIM card. No information in the box. Call Verizon, they have two lines and different SIM cards tells me to rush down before they close so they can fix the mess. Well no not yet, first you have to pay off the equipment w TMobil, and gee we aren’t sure why there isn’t a SIM card.The next thing when I am finally able to register I click on rebates and only one is listed for $350byod.So I spent several hours on the phone and promised that I Would receive the rebates I was promised.Went online today, “unable to process one rebate” “and not on eligible plan” no mention of third rebate.Call again, oh you need to be on the premium plan $10 more a month per line! But if you are on autopsy you will save $30 a month so it’s a wash.When I go to set up autopay my first bill from 8/5/21 to 8/27/21 is $478 back to customer service, oh we collect a month in advance and adjust when there’s a disconnection!I said, you must not keep customers very long if you have to collect that month before the switch to another provider!!!!I’m wondering if there is any reputable phone provider !?!I will be reaching out to the BBB, and see if I can file a small claim against them for false advertisement and deceitful practices-anyone have success against them?

Had Verizon 15 yrs ago and switched to Sprint because of HORRIBLE( AND I DO MEAN HORRIBLE) customer service. I am going to be traveling North America the next 2 yrs and wanted a service that was reliable for is reception so I want back to Verizon. I was hoping after 15 yrs that they had improved. For 2 months things seem to be going good so I want back to request info on a hot spot for my Internet. The ONE thing that I asked about was high speed without being throtled back (needed high speed for video calls plus for watching television).After just 3 days, I was throtled back and unable to use. When I called to get it straightened out, it took me 2 DAYS to navigate the phone system. I was finally able to reach someone who had a hard time figuring out what plan I had. She was unable to help me and said she would have to transfer me to a department that could. I was transferd and get a nessage," This department is closed, please call back between 8 -5." and the was hung up on. I then tried to do text messaging , I lost track if how many times I would get the message" How can I help you today?". I would then text again what the problem was. Never did get it resolved and its been 4 weeks. After 15 yrs you would think this big of a company would get their act together. All I can say is to all the people who think Sprint is not good...check it out first...the one thing they gave that I guess Verizon will NEVER HAVE is a customer service department WHO actually CARES about its CUSTOMERS.

I was with Verizon since the very beginning. For over 20 years. Never shopped around. Never asked for a better price. Just paid my bill every month. Paid for 6 phone lines. On time, every month. For Over 20 Years. ..and then I ordered a new phone. 2 days after receiving it, it stopped working. Not dropped, nor anything. Just went black and wouldn’t do anything. So I call Verizon for a replacement. And called or used their chat system almost everyday after that for a month. No One. Not One Person our of the countless that I talked to could or even wanted to get me a replacement. After a month of trying to get a phone I was beyond fed up and tired at being literally yelled at on the phone and in the chat system. Because I believe they thought I was being unreasonable. I was unreasonable. I was a customer for over 20 years and all I wanted was a replacement phone that I tried to get for over a month. So I told them get me a phone or I’m cancelling. They said “do you want to cancel now”. That’s how much they cared about me as a 20+ year customer. So yes I canceled immediately. And No I would not recommend Verizon to anyone. At some point you’ll need help and apparently they are not interested in that part of the business.

I was hired to work at home and honestly the supervisor I was assigned to that’s name was Maria she treated me so badly . She drove me to wanting to quit . She made me feel less of a person. Wouldn’t want to answer my questions which drove me having to ask HR. I have disabilities and she made it worse. She made me cry more than once . Nobody could give me a solution I was also lied to about pay .

Last Thursday, I went to the Fulton Ranch Verizon Store in Chandler, AZ with a new phone received in the mail to have it set up. The guys in the store have attitude issues. I over looked this and was simply happy to have the phone set up. Came home and started to use the phone. Nothing was happening. Within an hour went back to the store. Another guy looked at it and did a few things to it. He said it is working. Went home, phone not working properly again. Friday I called the Verizon help line and worked with a woman for over an hour to find out the SIM card was missing. Went back to have this card placed into phone. Friday attempted to get into Goggle....could not. Saturday back to the store only to find out the PHONE WAS NOT ACTIVATED. What kind of service is this? This is TOTALLY unacceptable for the money we pay for our plans. Besides all the issues the guys in the store need a 101 on Customer Service. Last year, the staff were very nice. As of this writing, they are horrible. I believe Verizon owes me some type of compensation for all the visits to the store within 3 days. The staff were totally irresponsible in fixing the situation which was fully their error. There never was an apology or acknowledgement of this horrible situation on my part. They simply didn't seem to care. I am very disenchanted with Verizon at this point. In sharing this situation with a friend, she also feels that this store lacks appropriate customer service . Perhaps, this is the reason the staff are all wondering around the store due to the lack of customers. I anticipate I will receive some type of response to this note.
