Man ZACH n CONNOR were fantastic I went in there with little hope and walked out there happier then I could imagine. I locked myself out my phone and they sat there and tinkered with my phone to see if they could help and they got it to work! They were able to factory reset my phone. Honestly so great full for the kindness and patience they showed me THANKS GUYS!!!

There is no way to actually contact this store directly and if you are lucky enough to get an actual human at Customer Service they just direct you back to their own Customer Service number....I wanted to upgrade my phone but was unable and went to a different store.

Had such a good experience with Juan here. We got lucky and got here a little before a rush and Juan greeted us and helped us right away. He was patient and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much Juan!

Great customer service from Conner. Never felt pressured like I do from past experiences buying a phone. He was very friendly and helpful. Also I had multiple people make sure I've been help. Very happy with this location and I will be back!

Brian, ( store manager ) I’m curious is it Jeff Nordin, or Michael Sobczyk(district managers )that are responsible for your training and tact ? Or should we request Clara Sanderson for some leadership development.(Hr manager)I wanted to take a moment to give you a shout out as the store manager and give you credit for providing my wife and my family with the worst possible experience that we have ever had in the customer service sector. My wife ordered a new phone online and set for pick up at your store, she asked for assistance since her last phone experienced major software issues and wanted help ensuring the transfer went smooth, and you dismissed her , handed her her bag and said you can do this at home and walked away ??? My daughter and two other Verizon customers heard you verbalize “ I don’t think we get sales credit for online sales or upgrades “after she asked multiple times for help she gave up and left.Is this the expectation of Verizon leadership at your store ? Is how Verizon trains its employee’s to engage with its customer base ? Does your leadership mentioned above encourage this behavior? I ask again Are your district managers Jeff Nordin, or Michael Sobczyk just like you and train you as such ? Is Clara Sanderson your SR HR manager passive in this type of behavior?We look forward to hearing from you directly or from VZ , if not we will continue to follow up daily until resolvedappreciate your time sir look forward to speaking.

The staff here at this location are amazing. This is a corporate location and they help with everything you need.I am always able to make an appointment for what I need to take care of and do recommend that before just showing up to save time.

I have wasted over 4 hours of my time trying to get a phone fixed under your warranty and have talked to 7 people online assuring me it will be replaced. We have a business account and the company has been with Verizon for 15 years. If I had my choice we would leave asap. Very disappointing ?

I have been with Verizon for almost 20 years. I am a senior and have never been late on a bill in all those years. I was looking to find a plan with unlimited data and to acquire a discounted phone, and Connor framed it that I either get one or the other. REALLY? He was unhelpful, lacked confidence, and demonstrated limited interpersonal skills. At the end of our conversation, he said, "sorry, have a nice 4th." Thanks Verizon for your loyalty after all these years. I now have T-Mobile, a new phone, unlimited data , and the customer service was WAY superior to that of Verizon! Bye Bye, Verizon!!!

Account closure beware? I'm being hounded by VZW corporate after closing my account at this store, ... for phones I do not have, which I returned within the contractual timeframe. Don't know if this is a single store issue, or countrywide, but that's dirty business. If you're going to claim my phone wasn't returnable 3 months after the fact, you need to send me back the phone. Else, you have no claim to my money... and everything else is legal bullying. You will be accountable.

On May 27/2023 I walked in to this location in order to complete what should be a simple Swap of the phone that I received by mail and wasn't what I was expecting base on the pitch that I got from the Customer Service Representative.I was lucky enough that I was taking care directly from Alma the store manager because all other Verizon Rep were busy. Verizon Corporate should be happy for having Alma as a employee because after I encountered and came across with such bad experience Alma was extremely professional , knowledgeable and more than anything PATIENT because she was able to deal with me for more than one hour plus all the walking in customer and all the new members of her team that came to her for help due to the poor training that I believe Verizon Corporate is not completing right before they release new employees out to take care customers in their stores. I like to advise all Verizon Customers that leave in Chandler to choose this Store because you will never regretted.Thank you Alma for helping me through out the worst day that I hd after 23 years of being a Verizon Wireless Client.Gracias por ser la mejor manager que he encontrado en los pasados 23 Años de hacer negocio con Verizon Wireless .Keep up the good Work.Thank you.
