Just FYI, something is not a "free 30 day trial" if you put it on the customer's bill and promise it will magically come off when they return it in one week only to fully process the charge. Your "free 30 day trial" cost us money and cost us over an hour of various convos with customer service trying to get our bill corrected. Thanks a bunch!

DO NOT SWITCH TO VERIZON! We were enticed by a “free” phone and alleged better service for around the same price we were paying with T-Mobile so we made the switch.It has been 4 plus months of non-stop billing issues. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get the billing corrected- we are being charged $65 a month for our free phone. Every time I call in I’m told the billing will update and I will get credited…I’ve been told this four times now and my bill is the exact same.As for that incredible coverage…I can’t tell a difference. In fact we were just in Newport Beach and both my husband and my phone literally didn’t work (was in SOS) the entire visit. I wouldn’t say the coverage is bad, but I also wouldn’t write home to mom about it.Verizon is not worth the headache. I am missing T-Mobile.

I’m a small business owner who recently made the switch from COX internet to Verizon internet and couldn’t be happier !!!My bill is lower and I get to enjoy better service, products and equipment. Shoutout to Sam W.and Matt B. at Crossroads Verizon (Gilbert Rd and Germann) for the excellent customer service experience!

I always go to this verizon location. To start, it's always clean and super nice to look at. The employees are always nice and super helpful, just this last time got helped by Brandan and he was respectful, answered our questions, offered his verizon deals and upgrades but it didn't feel like he was pushing anything on us. Always a pleasure here the service is nice.

I literally had service for 2 mf days and wanna charge me 98$ THREE TIMES!! Don’t go if you want to have money after paying your phone bill! Also when you see this stop calling me I’ll pay you when I can ! #negative stars
