The worst customer service. There are about five workers in the building doing nothing but talking. They would not help you at all and advise you to call customer service for all questions about anything, really. The staff is not helpful and rude. Switch away from Verizon.

So expensive. I let them overcharge me for a very long time. Too busy and on auto-pay. My fault. Switched to Mint Mobile (T-Mobile Service Provider). Saved Almost $45 a month. Mint has been terrific to deal with.

Excellent experience and service. Matt Worley helped us trade in a phone to get an upgrade and even found that he could lower our monthly bill at the same time! He says this never happens so don't get your hopes up, just know that they will take care of you!

Waited 40 minutes on my lunch break for them to let 3 people infront after being told I’m next. Just for the bald guy to say he can’t do anything. go to a different Verizon these people are losers

Went to the store for an iPad and assistance with my account. The sales guy was not using active listening and was trying to charge for an administrative task. Asked for a different person and the manager Jonathan came over very unfriendly and was trying to charge me and was being rude. Left the store called Verizon and got assistance and made my purchase with most friendly person.

The manager Heather was very rude, I wanted help with my phone, a month or more prior I went in for help and the manager at the time was great and got my phone working. The new Heather told me "we don't do technical support here" I looked at and and said I was in there recently and the manager guy helped me just fine. She jabbed back saying we can't help and walked away. I got her name for sure, Heather, blonde hair was pulled back, didn't look very professional, she looked like she was ready to go camping. Avoid this location at all cost.

In principle, we can operate most of the settings and services on the web page, but obviously I have some things that I don't understand that need to be face-to-face. In particular, my account has six lines and two home wireless router lines. So I made an appointment at five o'clock in the evening! The lady who went into the front desk helped me she was nice and call a staff member named MATT, to sevice us but the problem is that MATT doesn't seem to like us to communicate more, just doesn’t like when many people are served, matt doesn’t let us to the inside the table and talk instead of refusing us to the front door! Later, at my request, we went to the table inside. Obviously, the next conversation would not go smoothly! He is not patient, and he is not happy and he doesn't care about and listen to my questions carefully! I was also angry and left directly! My complaint is only against this employee named MATT. Yes! This is not a successful experience. ! I see that the reviews of this store are not high. There is a reason for that. Okay!

I am so disappointed with this store!! I spoke with the supposed specialist to trade in an old Samsung 5 since the promotion is "trade in any phone any condition". I was told I had no options and he couldn't do anything for me. I walked out upset. Kepp in mind I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years.
This morning, I decided to call in to Verizon, the rep I spoke to was named Amy. I told her my ordeal and within 1 minute she said this phone certainly qualifies for the promotion. She went over all of the details and was very efficient and helpful. My new phone will be delivered this week thanks to her!!
This manager is giving Verizon a bad name! So disappointed!

I traded my iPhone 13 to iPhone 15, as I received a promotion Verizon to pay off remaining balance from my iPhone 13 and also will give me a credit of 421.00 something on the iPhone 15. That was Dec 18, 2023. iPhone 13 was left at the representative (store)and got my new IPhone 15. Now Verizon is continuously harassing me that I owed 377.71 as I did not return my IPhone 13. Spoke with different people and they kept saying credit will be issued. No credit as of today 02-13-24. So I called again and on hold for a long time, phone line got disconnected 2x or 3x. Purchased was made on 12-18-23. Still no resolution . This is the last time I will deal with Verizon as far as upgrading to new phone. It’s not worth to spent so many hours on the phone for days and no resolutions being done. They don’t know how to put their act’s together so as the store. Screw Verizon.

Worst Verizon store I have visited. The manager was insinuating I wanted to commit fraud. All I wanted was a sim replacement for one of my lines.
