I traded my iPhone 13 to iPhone 15, as I received a promotion Verizon to pay off remaining balance from my iPhone 13 and also will give me a credit of 421.00 something on the iPhone 15. That was Dec 18, 2023. iPhone 13 was left at the representative (store)and got my new IPhone 15. Now Verizon is continuously harassing me that I owed 377.71 as I did not return my IPhone 13. Spoke with different people and they kept saying credit will be issued. No credit as of today 02-13-24. So I called again and on hold for a long time, phone line got disconnected 2x or 3x. Purchased was made on 12-18-23. Still no resolution . This is the last time I will deal with Verizon as far as upgrading to new phone. It’s not worth to spent so many hours on the phone for days and no resolutions being done. They don’t know how to put their act’s together so as the store. Screw Verizon.

Worst Verizon store I have visited. The manager was insinuating I wanted to commit fraud. All I wanted was a sim replacement for one of my lines.

I stopped by to pickup new sim cards. I was greeted by everyone when I arrived. The young man who assisted me was attentive, and completed the swap within a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for the prompt and courteous service.

Just to update I was on the phone with technical support 1/5 and Andy re-activated the line from his end "hoping" this will resolve my issue. Well it's 1/7 and again I am unable to make a call or receive one. How's that escalation going? And I am still waiting for Verizon to reach out to me to resolve this issue but no worries this gives me time to actively research other mobile vendors.

** {customer service replied to this post and did not do as they said they would do did not look or call me at all just a bunch of lying thieving crooks }**Worst customer service I have ever had they promised me 30 days to try out and return if I did not like there service and there service sucked I was getting 20 mbps internet service tried to return and was told that I cannot get ether of my trade ins back which was worth 2000$ so they just steal my money and the manager said. All I can do is cancel your account and we keep your phones

Awesome place!! Kevin is so nice and took care of me!! I switch over from T-Mobile and it's good to know I'm never going to be back because this experience alone will have me back here from now on. Store manager (didn't see his name ) was also just as awesome and took care of me as well!! I recommend this store 100% amazing service.

I had the worst customer service experience today. I was looking to buy a new phone and watch. The employee that first greeted us was there was so rude from the beginning. I asked him about the new iPhone 15 and he was short and then explained he couldn't help get me a new phone. Then I asked about watches again, and he could not help me again. As I was in there, the other two employees were sitting and working with other customers. This guy continued to tell me he couldn't help. I asked if I could try a watch on to see how big it would be and he said no. Literally, I finally had enough and told him I would order my stuff online and left. The best part is I went home and ordered everything I wanted. Honestly, he is a pointless employee turning people away from the store who are willing to spend 2000.00 dollars. For someone who is so rude and terrible at customer service and clearly doesn't value Verizon's customer service standards, he could probably use a shower to get the dandruff out of his hair and some anti fungal cream for his fingernails before he treats customers like shit.

Wanted to upgrade a much needed phone, but sadly the sales rep helping me must have been new, I waited while she walked to the backroom many times. I decided I couldn't wait any longer and left. I later tried making a phone call only to realize I no longer had phone service. Needless to say I purchased a phone from a competitor, I'm very happy.

Not a professional location at all.Went in because I needed help with my Gateway Wi-Fi and was put on a wait list.Staff was extremely slow in helping people before and even helped someone who came in after me.When I walked out, the person who signed me in didn’t make eye connect with me or even apologize for not helping me.Verizon might think they’re number one, but their service shows they’re in last place.The only reason I have a Gateway Wi-Fi is because I work from home and Cox keeps going out.As soon as this gets worked out, I’ll be done with Verizon.

Had a problem with my phone and was very upset about it. I walked in and was helped immediately and he fixed my phone in less than 30 seconds. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained what happened to my phone and told me if I had any other questions to come back to see him.
