Organization is ... Non existent. Kinda looked like a tornado went through there... Girls that work there are nice and helpful though. Found a nice sports bra at a really reasonable price, but finding it was CHALLENGING to say the least.

Last minute shopping before Valentines! Came in late , close to closing. Got help immediately and a room to try a few choices. The only drawback was that I couldn’t find the right size on the outfits I liked.

Stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. We just left this location to drive all the way to the Gilbert location at San Tan Mall instead. The Chandler Fashion Center location just felt like it has gone downhill. The floors are dirty, the lighting in the fitting rooms are yellow, nothing looks flattering in any way because of the poor lighting and dirty mirrors and dusty rooms. When were ignored by the three employees working, we asked another employee if they could open a fitting room. The manager was standing right there, the employee gave a huff then reluctantly opened a room so that clothes could be tried on and the manager did nothing. Shame on this store, management, and employees. This location went down hill quick.

This Victoria's secrets is one of the best to go to always clean always organized. The VS Angels ? that work there are so friendly so helpful and they always have a pep in their step. Super happy always smiling. You can tell they thoroughly enjoy working at this Victoria's secret location. My Girls love the Pink side of the store and my wife loves the Victoria secret side. Something for everyone

Loved the bra promotion, great place to purchase a DD bra size. The store it is clean and very comfortable to look around. Employees are nice and store clean and organized.

Brought my daughter in for her first fitting and to pick up cute bras… not the Victoria’s Secret I knew before. Store was trashed and nobody available to measure. Cashier was super helpful though.

I have been shopping at Victoria's Secret for many years. There is always a sale. There are plenty of items to choose from. Customer service is good. I recommend this location.

Arrived on a crowded day but the cashier helped me with a web order return. She ordered a different size and gave me a credit for the difference in price. I received my replacements in three days. I was extremely happy with the service.

Shopped there this morning, service was excellent! I’m kinda surprised, I normally get weird vibes when I go these stores. Anyway I caught a great sale.. I will be back before Jesus’s birthday :)

Friendly and helpful staff. The store is clean and well organized. They have a huge selection and will help you with any questions you have. Everytime I've visited I've been welcomed with a hello and offered help.

The only reason I'm giving them a 3 star rating is because I like the products they sell. The reason I'm leaving this review is because I went in this morning and nin this morning I needed to get a bra because I had my wedding dress fitting today. I had the unfortunate experience of asking Amber for help. She was completely ignoring me when I was trying to describe to her my situation and what I needed help with. She even suggested that I go shop at a different store. I have never received such awful customer service out of Victoria secret in my life. I spend thousands of dollars at Victoria's secret each year and to be treated like that is absolutely unacceptable. I hope you are reading this Amber And take into consideration that people go to shop there because they want to spend money there and expect help when they are trying to find something. I thought it was super offensive that she tried to get me to go shop somewhere else instead of taking 5 minutes to help me. Other than my experience with Amber I absolutely love the clothes there as well as the undergarments body lotions and shoes.

I hate writing bad reviews (or getting them at work) but I can’t just let it go. I’m sorry to those who didn’t get help before but I’ve been there twice in a month and for one, I didn’t get approached right away but when I did the girl was standing next to the drawer watching me after I was given an answer by someone else ! I started to look annoyed probably because i wanted (some privacy with bras) & I just wanted to make an exchange. I told her I never tried it on but had it in a bag, like I’ve never stolen anything in MY LIFE? I WORK IN THE MALL!! Why am I being watched ?? I wouldn’t have been able to get very far still on the clock for my job ? I really wanted to say something and I think she even got somebody else to hover around and even Sephora doesn’t do that. If it was commission I would’ve walked out and went somewhere else. When I ask for a jacket they directed me to pink and the girl there didnt even make an expression to me. I’d rather help myself at that, sorry.. Everybody was nicer to a lady just minding her business but was scoping me out. I don’t want to go back feeling watched. The same cashier that didn’t wrap my bag last week did for someone else today. I had to grab the tissue last time. She was acting like she’d rather be anywhere else than helping me check out. Again ! Stop hiring just anybody if they aren’t going to make EVERYONE actually FEEL WELCOMED. :( at least train them, Macys doesn’t either. It was better 2 months ago or before and even frag vendors agree with that.
