I love Visionworks at Paseo Lindo! The staff is kind and caring, Dr. Nguyen is super sweet, and the cost of new contracts with my VSP insurance was very affordable! I can't say enough about how good my experience has been there!

I really liked the doctor and associates. The doc was great and the associates took t the e time to help me with my old pair of glasses. In this day and age when a lot of employees don't seem to care, this was a breath of fresh air.

I have been going to Visionworks for many years. Last week I had my eyes examined to get contacts and glasses. My insurance provided $200 to use for either one. After wearing the sample contacts for a day I realized I probably should cancel the contact order and get glasses instead. The doctor indicated that contacts would give me reading or distance, not both.
I called the store on the very same day and spoke to a gentleman who said he could give the information to an associate who would call me back, most likely in the morning. I didn't receive a call so I called the next afternoon and explained I would need to cancel the contacts and order glasses. I was told that they couldn't cancel due to the order had already been sent in. I was then told I need to bring the contacts to the store once I received them so I could return them and get the money I paid out of pocket. However, the money used from my insurance wouldn't be available until 30 to 90 days.
What kind of system would be so antiquated as to not be able to cancel an order on the very same day, and then to hold my insurance money for up 90 days? In the meantime, I still need to get glasses ordered, which I will need to wait for the insurance money.

Tim Torrez and the crew were awesome. Tim went out of his way to make sure I received the exact product I wanted. He also ensured my insurance was lined up correctly and that if I was eligible for any coupons those were applied. I will be back. Everyone at this store is awesome!
