If you need a Walgreens for your prescriptions, make sure you do not pick this branch. They are constantly understaffed and slow. And, I just went to the drive through at 5:55 PM, was the next person in line and when I got there at 6:01, they told me they were closed. Normally, this would not have been a big deal. But, this is yet another time they have disappointed. The staff is on the slow side and never customer centric. You would do best to choose another location. If they were not so close, we would definetly go somewhere else. DO NOT AT ALL COST CHOOSE THIS LOCATION!

i worked here for 6 months and i now understand why this location can't hire and keep staff. in my time here, i was used/taken advantage of, consistently lied to/lied about, mistreated, and disrespected to say the least. i was a dedicated employee and in return, my GM Brittany Tarrants held me entirely and solely accountable for coworkers' lack of character in their professional and personal lives, personal lives? she then released fabricated private employee info about me to others in gossip after announcing my resignation. i was warned of her conduct when i saw her lie to employees about wages, force employees to sign up for the store credit card, force an employee to sign an evicted woman up for the store credit card, and allow unqualified individuals to handle meds in pharmacy. no effort was put to foster a well run location or competent managerial behavior. it was put to desperately coerce family/employees into releasing take customer reviews attesting a positive location experience. district management only patronized me in my speaking out, but beauty management was wonderful and supportive of me. I'm blessed for my loyal clients who chose to follow me out. ITS TIME TO STRIVE FOR BETTER

I just moved to this area and I've chosen this walgreens for my pharmacy. They are great! The techs and the pharmacist are doing a thankless job and like all pharmacies they are swamped with filling orders. They have been great and always nice to me. They fill my prescriptions and if they have any delay they always let me know. I don't know names but im saying thank you to the pharmacist and the techs for helping me.......

I tried using this pharmacy after using CVS the last couple years. Big mistake. Called to ask about my prescription in the morning, and was told to wait an hour to come pick up. Came 3 hours later to a lady with an attitude unable to even find my prescription and then proceeding to tell me to wait an hour till it's ready. I drive back home, 20 minutes away from this god damn pharmacy, to receive a text that my prescription is ready as I pull into the drive way. I completely understand that pharmacies can get very busy and the wait isn't the problem. It's the lack of care in their communication. I'm more than willing to call and preplan around their workload for the day, it would just be nice if they have the decency to realistically work with their customers and try to at least act like they give a shit about the way they interact with people. Anyways, go to CVS is u don't play a guessing game on when you should pick up your meds.

This Walgreens is so poorly staffed and the staff who work there are very unhappy. Photo orders are never ready (I've been sent to other locations several times), there are long lines at check-out due to being understaffed and the pharmacy is always over-extended. I feel so bad for them, they are alway drowning because they never have enough people and they are managing drive through orders as well as in-store. My vaccine appointment was not in their system today and they accommodated me anyway after a very long wait, which was nice. I heard the very upset pharmacy cashier calling the manager & threatening to leave because she is tired of being understaffed. I'd recommend staying away from this particular location.

Horrible pharmacy staff. Very rude, confusing etc. these people should never be doing what they are doing. The pharmacist on on 03.06.23 was incredibly defensive when I asked who the person in charge was. The person helped me was either messing with me or NOT inteligente at all. Do your self a favor and stay away from this place.

Worst pharmacy ever they are so rude and they lie I have had them give me the run around so many times they never can have anything ready. They are not friendly what so ever will be taking my business elsewhere!!

Apparently The pharmacy was having computer issues. Monique , the pharmacist could not get my insurance card into the system. Instead of admitting it was her system she claimed Walgreens did not accept my insurance and denied I had ever used it at this location. After a long wait I asked to pay for the medicine without the insurance card. When I asked the Pharmacist for her name so I could deal with my insurance she stopped charging me, moved me to another window and said very loudly "I'm sick of this." I told Monique she was being very unprofessional and she replied "you threatened me." Monique explained that asking for her name was a threat! Eventually someone else took my card and called the insurance company. Guess what?! My card was now magically accepted. Monique did not say a word. I will never comeback here again. The Pharmacist is unprofessional, rude and must really hate her job.

This store REALLY STINKS (to say it nicely). Everytime I go thru the drive thru pharmacy, there is an issue! EVERYTIME!Today, Dec 26th 2021, the window says pharmacy hours 10 a.m. - ??, so I got there early by 10 minutes and decided to wait. Didn't open. So after 2 or 3 minutes, I call..oh...to find out that the pharmacy dept is "temporarily closed today ". What a big surprise. I wish that I could give them "0" stars! I've been trying to pick up this same prescription for 4 days now,. Guess that I will just have to wait ANOTHER DAY!?????

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star! Terrible customer service. The pharmacy employees are too busy to help the customers. Very unfriendly and the customer definitely does not come first. The drive through window is closed, for some reason, and they won't bring your item to the curbside pickup. That isn't very accommodating for your handicapped customers or those with other issues that prefer not coming into the store. If the window is closed, then get your lazy unfriendly a** out to curbside pickup like you advertise.

Why have a phone service to renew prescriptions if it doesn't work. Their Pharmacy techs aren't very customer service oriented either. This used to be a great pharmacy.

DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. I came when they opened at 9 am, to get antibiotics and pain meds for my dog who j came back from the hospital. They told me it would take an hour to fill. By 3 pm I had heard nothing, so I called and they told me there had been an "issue" with it, due to them incorrectly listing my birthday as my dogs. But they assured me it would be ready soon after that. 6 pm, still no word. I call again and get asked to come get it tomorrow. Seriously!? I understand being understaffed but people need their medicines! If they had been honest upfront that they wouldn't be able to fill it today I would have just gone elsewhere from the beginning. I managed to get my prescription just before they closed for the day. If you are in serious need of medication, I recommend going anywhere else, as you probably won't get your meds the day you try to.
